Die Lanai ist mit einem großen Sofa und zwei Sesseln mit passenden Ottomanen und einem Couchtisch ausgestattet. Die Ruhe, der Komfort und die Aussicht kombinieren, um den perfekten Ort für unvergessliche Sonnenaufgänge und Sonnenuntergänge zu schaffen. Die Glastüren zu den Lanai bieten Ihnen atemberaubende Ausblicke von innerhalb der Villa.
Das Wohnzimmer ist mit hochwertigen Massivholzmöbeln und einer sehr einzigartigen Muschelsektion ausgestattet. Ein an der Wand montierter Flachbildfernseher wagt Sie, Ihre Augen von der spektakulären Aussicht abzuwenden.
Der Esstisch bietet Platz für 8 Gäste, ideal für Unterhaltung! Die Spiegelwand des Essbereiches erweitert die Dimensionen des Raumes mit absoluter Eleganz.
Die Gourmet-Küche wurde mit schönen Koa-Holzarbeiten aufgewertet. Die Geräte wurden in edlem Edelstahl ausgewählt und beinhalten Ihren ganz persönlichen Weinkühler. Die übergroßen Granit-Arbeitsplatten laden zu einem kulinarischen Festmahl ein.
Beide Schlafzimmer-Suiten sind mit Kingsize-Betten ausgestattet und beide haben ein eigenes Badezimmer. Die Master-Suite umfasst einen Arbeitsplatz in der Nähe der Veranda für diejenigen, die es vorziehen, an einem Schreibtisch zu sitzen, um etwas Geschäftliches nachzuholen. Ein warmer, neutraler Ton in diesem Raum und der an der Wand montierte Fernseher schaffen einen einladenden Platz, um sich am Ende des Tages zurückzuziehen. Das Master-Bad verfügt über zwei Waschbecken und eine geräumige begehbare Dusche, die hinter einer Glasblock-Duschwand verborgen ist.
Die Gästesuite ist mit einem Kingsize-Bett ausgestattet und verfügt über ein kreatives, übergroßes Kopfteil aus Holz. Eine Kombination aus Fernseher / DVD-Player / VCR-Player kann in den Türen des Schranks, der auch eingebaute Schubladen enthält, verborgen werden. Ein angrenzender Schrank bietet Platz zum Aufhängen von Kleidung. Das Gästebad ist recht geräumig und hat eine Badewanne / Dusche.
Im Eingangsbereich des Hauses befindet sich eine schöne Badewanne, eine große Waschmaschine und Trockner, zentrale Klimaanlage und Deckenventilatoren.
Das Amenity Center befindet sich ein Gebäude entfernt von C204 und verfügt über eine geräumige Sommerküche, Grillmöglichkeiten und viele komfortable Sitzgelegenheiten. Ein Wasserspiel fließt neben dem Freiformpool, es gibt Außenduschen, einen Whirlpool und eine Sauna.

A tranquil setting in the North Kona district of the Big Island. This unit at Mauna Lani Point is close to the ocean with spectacular ocean views. The unit has an amazing, well equiped kitchen if you want to do your own cooking.

Gorgeous views & relaxing stay

Beautiful ocean views from the lanai. The condo was exactly as pictured and very well appointed. It was so comfortable and welcoming…the unit felt like home. We enjoyed the close access to the beach and nearby snorkeling. Great snorkeling directly in front of the condo.

Fabulous stay!

We were delighted with this home in every respect —from the stunning views (the photos don’t begin to capture how beautiful they are), to the impeccable, magazine -worthy furnishings and amenities (everything from portable beach chairs to binoculars), to proximity to the beach.. We had been searching for such a place - and this is it. We highly recommend!

Wonderful, peaceful stay for the whole family

I cannot say enough good things about this rental. The view is breathtaking, and it was wonderful watching the sunsets from the lanai. The interior of the condo is beautiful and spacious. The condo is also close to the pool area which was a perk. The beach club was also close which we both watched to (10-15 min) and drove to (2 min). It was our 3 year old daughter's favorite beach. Wendee was great and responded very quickly. I would highly recommend this condo.

C 204 Impressive MLP Unit

We have completed our second stay in C 204 at MLP. Our first stay was two years ago and the unit is just as nice as the first time. C 204 is exceptional in all aspects. It is tastefully and comfortably furnished. It is furnished as a private home, not a rental unit. While we do not use all that the kitchen has to offer, we appreciate knowing appliances, kitchen tools are there if needed. The bedrooms and bathrooms are beautifully appointed, and both beds are comfortable! Management is very prompt if you need anything. The location of C 204 is very private and quiet with expansive views of the ocean waves crashing on the lava cliffs and views of hole #12 and #15 which is the signature hole on the south course. We believe that Mauni Lani Resort has a very central location to many activities on the Kohala Coast, and it is easy to take off north or south to do some sightseeing. The property offers two golf courses, shopping mall with grocery store and good restaurants, and a private beach. Although the Mauni Lani hotel was closed for remodeling, it is a very pleasant walk from C 204 to the hotel and beach. I have to mention that management makes the check in and check out process very smooth. They are also very prompt if you need anything. We are looking forward to our next stay in beautiful C 204!

Spectacular view!

My family and I stayed at this Mauna Lani Point property for a week in Dec 2018. The location was a perfect fit for our young kids with the nice pool, lawn, and beach club nearby - and we all delighted in the gorgeous view from the condo. We found the unit to be very well stocked, and the photos are a good representation of the property. Wendee was very helpful and very accommodating! We look forward to another visit!

Outsatanding Property and Location

Our family of four stayed for two weeks in Unit C-204 and could not have had a better experience. The condo was very clean and well appointed with all the conveniences you would expect for a luxury residence. The community pool was close by and very clean. The first week we arrived they were installing four new grills for our use. An excellent outdoor kitchen made cooking out and eating a pleasure. Our condo had a beautiful view of the golf course and the ocean. The weather could not have been better. Warm early morning breezes and the best sunsets made sitting on the lani a pleasure. Wendee was an excellent host and for the few times we needed to ask a question or get her assistance she was very prompt and efficient. Great location, view, amenities, and accomodations

Beautiful condo in great location with close-up perfect view of the ocean, in beautiful Mauni Lani. Clouds covered the Kona area every day, but not in Mauni Lani, worth the drive to stay north of the Vog. Condo furnishings and kitchen were perfect, would book and stay again next time we visit the big island.

The perfect place for a family

Our family of four stayed at this property for 10-days. The condo was exceptionally clean. The beds and other furniture were very comfortable. The kitchen was large and well appointed. The ocean view from the deck, especially at sunset, was exceptional! The beach club was the perfect place to introduce snorkeling to the kids. Pool was very clean and great place to wind down in the evening. The location was also perfect - just 20 minutes north of the airport, close to the resort amenities at Mauna Lani and the shops/restaurants in Waikiloa beach. It was just a short drive to the beautiful sites on the Kohala coast. Location close to Waikoloa road made it easy to drive to other locations on the big island such as Mauna Kea observatory, Hilo and volcanos national park. We highly recommend this rental unit.

AMAZING experience at C204 Mauna Lani Point

This was our second stay at C204 at Mauna Lani Point. An absolutely amazing condo with even more amazing views of the ocean and the signature #15 hole of the South Course. So peaceful and relaxing, very quiet. Wendee Aono at Kohala Luxury Rentals is on top of everything, very accessible, we had a few minor things come up during our stay and she addressed everything quickly and efficiently. We will absolutely book this condo on future visits. We have stayed at Mauna Lani Point every year for the past 15 years and this is our absolute favorite condo. Giving away a secret so now we probably won't be able to book it :)

Special view, special home

We have stayed at The Point for many years now and have had some lovely units in the past in C block but this unit had everything you can imagine and more. The view is superlative and the lanai furniture is comfortable and practical with both table and sofa/love and chair to enjoy the scenery, play cards and eat a meal. The bed in the master is extremely comfortable, ensuite is spacious and the second bedroom is large (although we didn't use it). New washer/dryer and detergent were there as well as boogie boards, cooler and snorkel masks. There were lots of spices and oils, toilet paper and garbage bags provided, which you don't always find with some rentals.The furniture and artwork is tasteful and the home shows beautifully, as if everything was chosen with a great deal of care and love. Everything worked well and Wendee was so helpful when we needed anything. We hope to return to this gorgeous unit again.

Stunning views and beautiful condo!

I cannot say enough great things about this condo. It has stunning views and is a beautiful condo. The photos do not lie and I would say the view is even more impressive when you get there. The home is decorated very nicely and does not feel like a rental. The owners have clearly put a lot of thoughtfulness into the décor. It's modern, and has a lot of authentic Hawaiian artwork. The kitchen is well stocked with all pots and pans you could need, as a nice selection of herbs and other pantry items. The beds are comfortable, as are the living room and outdoor furniture. We felt very relaxed at this condo. We have already booked next year's vacation! I would also like to mention that Wendee is a wonderful property manager. I had a few questions before arrival and she was very responsive and accommodating. I had no issues with anything while there, but I feel confident she would have been helpful then also. She's great!

Wonderful views, great condo complex, comfortable unit

C204 has great ocean views from the lanai, living/dining areas, and master bedroom. The decor is a sort of warm Hawaiian-modern, quite stylish yet comfortable. Both beds were comfortable, no shortage of pillows! No shortage of TVs either. The kitchen is up-to-date and IMHO has a better than average selection of chef knives, pots and pans, and is well stocked with herbs, spices, and condiments. We were pleased to find several coolers in the hall closet, which came in handy for trips to the Waimea farmers' markets, keeping our fresh produce cool and unwilted in a hot car. The Mauna Lani resort also has a really nice grocery (upscale Foodland), not to mention great restaurants (Canoe, Monstera are both great--try appetizers and cocktails at sunset at Canoe). The Point condo complex has a lovely pool/hot tub/outdoor entertaining/BBQ area. The grills in the BBQs were amazingly clean, and a very short walk from the condo. Check that area in the morning for a local paper. We snorkeled every day, either at the Beach Club or at the little rocky beach between the expert and intermediate tees for the 15th hole (you can see the entrance wall from the lanai, under the spreading tree). We had a great time, and our only negatives were that although the condo was generally pretty clean, it could use a bit of extra attention in the corners, but then, I'm picky. The lanai furniture was very nice, but we missed having a little cafe table for dinners outside. Be sure to check behind the patio cushions for geckos before sitting down! We had fun watching them on the lanai, they are very cute and colorful. We would definitely stay here again. If you like great and easy snorkeling, this is a perfect spot for you.
