Rest assured, we will also provide alternate parking and pedestrian gate access instructions should you be unable to set up the smartphone access.

*The kitchen cabinet above the fridge and the storage closet on the balcony will be locked and not accessible to guests as that is where we store our cleaning supplies and other essentials. Only our cleaning/maintenance team has access to that. We apologize for any inconvenience. There are various other closets and cabinets in the entire apartment to store your belongings.

We provide all of our guests a starter kit of consumables such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry pods, dishwasher pods, etc. Guests can purchase any additional consumables from nearby stores that they think you might need during their stay beyond what's included in the starter kit.

We have recently changed the coffee table from what is shown in the photos. The updated table is different from what you might see in the images, but it is equally functional and stylish.

The apartment complex may run maintenance or clean the gym, and other shared amenities as they see fit at any time. Please be aware.

Health, safety, and the well-being of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we have a thorough and extensive process of cleaning after each guest checks out. In case your preferred dates are already taken, or you are traveling in a larger group, please check our profile as we offer more listings in the area.

Please be aware that Texas is known for having all sorts of bugs and creatures, especially during the summer, that wander around and can sometimes get into the home. Bugs and creatures such as silverfish, earwigs, cockroaches/waterbugs, scorpions, spiders, wasps, mosquitoes, flies, snails, moths, ants, etc. are all very common in Texas and the South in general, and might show up in the home from time-to-time. The presence of a few of these critters does not indicate any sort of infestation in the home, as usually, it's just the critters trying to escape the blistering heat or the freezing cold like everyone else.

As Texas temperature starts to heat up, please be aware that your units' AC may only cool down to a certain temperature, especially if the blinds are opened or the unit gets sunlight. Rest assured the AC is working fine as of this writing based on regular inspection

*The bedroom TV's IR receiver is not working, so the remote control is currently unavailable for use with the TV. However, the TV can still be controlled using its physical buttons on the side or bottom.

There's a security camera pointing away from the door entrance for safety purposes as well as noise detector inside the property.

Falsified/misleading advertising. This is inside an apartment complex. This claimed to be a smaller place with pool and gym. The outside of the apartment was dirty. The whole was shady with emails coming from third party after booking through Orbitz, asking for payments through elsewhere. They asked for multiple background checks for single days stay. Please verify the place before you book.
