Luxuriöses Ferienhaus mit 5 Schlafzimmern und 3 Bädern auf einem 1 Hektar großen bewaldeten Grundstück. Diese Lake Harmony Estates Lage ist ein wunderschönes Haus mit einer Tür Rundum-Terrasse, die einen 6 Personen Whirlpool, Outdoor-Bar-Set und Tisch-Set und Gas Grill. Das King-Size-Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Marmor Dampfdusche und 46 "Flachbild-TV. Die Hauptebene verfügt über eine Badewanne und zwei Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten, sowie eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle und modernen Geräten. Küche blickt mit großen Speise zu unserer großen Raum aus und Wohnbereich mit 46 "Flachbild-Smart-TV und einen Kamin. Das Haus verfügt über zentrale Klimaanlage, Kabel und Wireless. Auf der Eingangsebene befinden sich zwei Schlafzimmer, eines mit einem Etagenbett mit einem vollen Größe auf untere Bett und das andere mit zwei Etagenbetten (und ein ausziehbares Bett). Es gibt einen Spielbereich mit einem Billardtisch, einem professionellen Kickertisch, einem 46-Zoll-Flachbild-TV, einem Gaskamin und einem Queensize-Schlafsofa. Das Haus ist ein 10 Minuten zu Fuß - 2 Autominuten - zum Strand auf dem See, die auch Volleyball hat. Tennisplatz Zugriff ist im Preis inbegriffen. Split Rock Resort ist nur eine Meile entfernt, die einen Wasserpark verfügt, Kino, eine Bowlingbahn und ein Yachthafen, wo sie Kajaks mieten. Great location, nice house

We had an absolutely fantastic stay for the New Year! The property manager, Mr. Katz, was incredibly responsive and accommodating throughout our entire trip, ensuring everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. The location couldn't be better. Great stay in a deer forest

We had a wonderful vacation in this home in Lake Harmony . So many deer and even a black bear graced us with their presence. The downstairs in the house was a haven for the kids and there was certainly plenty of space for our Family of 10.

Excellent vacation get-away, quiet location with easy access to all of the necessities. We have never seen so many Deer wandering around homes and there are definitely Bear roaming the area looking for food! The property is very roomy and fully functional for large groups.

Great spot for a getaway

We stayed here for three nights, it was great. The main living space is open and inviting, and all the bedrooms were comfortable. There was a minor issue with the dishwasher which the property manager addressed right away. We'd certainly stay here again!

Thanksgiving

Our family and friends stayed at this property during the Thanksgiving holiday and it had everything that our family needed for a very relaxing and enjoyable time. There was enough beds for everyone and the kitchen had most of the essential cooking utensils we needed to prepare the Thanksgiving meal. Barry and Skylar are great hosts and were exceptionally fast in responding to any questions or requests that we had. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who wanted to stay here and wouldn't mind returning to it in the future, possibly during a different time of the year.

Ten of us were able to spread out quite comfortably. Although the weather was a bit wet and muggy this week, we had plenty to do. With hot tub and pool table who needs to sun? Nature Fun

The house was perfect for our family of 13 and of all ages, plus a dog. Barry and his son, Skylar, were quick to respond to any questions and concerns we had. They even had their team work late into the evening to address an unexpected air conditioning and a hot tub concern. We had many email and text message communications before our booking of the property and several during the months of waiting for our arrival date. Each inquiry was addressed immediately. The beach was small and it was a walk or drive that did not allow even our teenagers to go alone, and the tennis court was unusable. Those two factors, plus no where to set up badminton or play ball or frisbee was disappointing, but we were able to visit the community next door (Split Rock) that accommodated our outdoor game needs. We also thoroughly enjoyed the wildlife (deer and bear) that came to the property at least twice every day (no joke)! This was an unexpected thrill for young and old in our family. We also enjoyed campfires and the hikes to waterfalls, especially in the Blakeslee county park, and exploring through the community Boulder Fields in Lake Harmony Estates (be sure to wear sturdy protective shoes). We met families of many different nationalities and languages which added to the richness of our daily walks. This is a place of community consisting of many vacation rental homes in a wooded neighborhood setting. If you are looking for privacy, this may not be the best place for you, but if you enjoy a wooded setting with wildlife, neighbors close by, and not mind a walk to the beach across the main road, and appreciate homeowners who care about their guests, then this may be the perfect vacation home for you.

Winter Break Family Trip

We rented the Chalet for a Family Ski Trip during Presidents Week and had an amazing week! The house was big but comfy and had a great layout for kids and adults alike! Master bedroom is HUGE and other bedrooms very comfortable! Barry was a great host and answered any questions quickly via email or text! The kitchen had all the amenities you could wish for, especially if you plan to cook! We enjoyed sitting around the farm table each night and there was plenty of room for all of us! Family Time

Barry was easy to communicate with and accommodating. The house was clean and ready for us! Plenty of room to enjoy dinners together at the large kitchen table and game time too. My wife and I purchased this dream house in 2011 and are renting it out to those that want the luxury of a new house in a wooded setting, with beautiful views of the mountains.
