With All its Amenities, this is a Chef’s Kitchen. The Large Kitchen Island has a Breakfast Bar which seats 3. The Island is not only Extra Prep Space but also Perfect for setting up a Buffet for Family Meals. Put the Large Pot on the Gas Stovetop & Use the Pot Filler to Begin Preparation for a Low Country Boil. The Double Oven allows for Cooking Separate Dishes at Different Temperatures. The Folding Mechanism is Designed for Ease of Use when Lowering and Lifting the Bed. The EnSuite has a Step-In Shower. Enjoy a Good Beach Read in the Comfortable Chair. At the Base of the Stairs is a Rod Rack to Hold your Fishing Rods.

Take the Golf Cart to the Beach & to Explore the area. Under the Cottage is Covered Parking for Easy Loading & Unloading. Behind the Parking area is a Table to Enjoy Alfresco Dining. Keep the Grill-Master Company while they give Extra Flavor to your Meal as it Sizzles on the Propane Grill. In the Back is an Outdoor Shower, with Changing Room, to Rinse Off the Salt & Sand.
