Monthly Electricity bill is capped at $80. Any additional costs will be charged to the renter. When A/C is set to 75 degrees or above and doors/windows are kept closed, the electricity bill won't typically be above this amount especially in the winter months.
Hi speed wifi internet and Spectrum TV is included. No pets or smoking allowed.
The Property Fee of $750 is a refundable deposit that will be returned within 14 days after the rental period if there is no damage to the condo or common areas, no missing keys (lost building keys cost $350 to prevent theft of keys), and the monthly electricity amount was not exceeded.
Message us for any questions before renting and we will be happy to answer them. There is a 90 day minimum rental per the Home Owner Association rules.
