Der weiße Sandstrand erstreckt sich über Meilen in jede Richtung! Es verfügt über einen großen, privaten Spa und spektakuläre Aussicht auf den Strand von praktisch jedem Zimmer. Unit 9 hat sogar einen Blick auf die Bucht aus dem Schlafzimmer! Zahlreiche Liegestühle sind für die Nutzung in Strand verfügbar. Es gibt sogar eine Videothek für vor Ort am Strand nach einem Tag bei einem Film entspannen!

Diese obere Ebene mit einem Schlafzimmer ist ein Bad End-Ger��t neu renoviert und verf��gt über Top-Modell der Einrichtung und eine geräumige Küche sowie eine Jacuzzi-Wanne im Badezimmer.

Beach House Resort # 9 werden vier mit einem Doppelbett und einem Schlafsofa schlafen. Es bietet Funktionen wie Extras ein Hochgeschwindigkeits-Internet-s drahtlos mit kostenlosen Inlandsferngespräche und Kabel ausgebaut. Es ist ein 32 "Fernseher im Wohnzimmer mit DVD-und VCR-Player. Das Schlafzimmer verf��gt über ein 19 "Fernseher.

Dieser Komplex ist ideal f��r lange Wochenendausfl��ge, Strandhochzeiten oder für gro��e Familientreffen. Alle acht Einheiten werden zusammen 34 schlafen. Beach House Resort hat eine Vermietung in den Wintermonaten mindestens eine Woche benötigen und drei Nächte Mindestmietdauer im Sommer und Herbst. Drei Nacht mieten kann nicht vor akzeptiert werden bis 60 Tage vor Anreise. Vermietung von weniger als einer Woche wird mit einer höheren Tagessatz berechnet werden. Anniversary getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view is amazing & it’s as close as it gets to the ocean, but now we are dealing with getting the mildew odor out of allof our belonging we had with us. (Clothes, suitcases, pillows which we threw away, our plastic water cup lids, laptop case, my hair) We didn’t realize it until we left the beach house. We have had to throw some things away. It really is a problem. I did call management to make them aware of it. By their response, they already knew of the problem., which was odd to me. Hopefully they can get it resolved, because we will not go back, but I don’t want others to have to deal with it. The beach is nice except for all the broken shells, not nice to walk. Also the restaurant next to it plays the same loud beat music all weekend. We did enjoy our stay & they were quick to fix a few problems we encountered with the room, but the smell we’re dealing with is not worth staying there again, which is unfortunate.

This is a cozy, very cute condo with ocean views for miles. The place is quiet, very pleasant. There's a restaurant right next door, they serve breakfast, lunch, dinner and cocktails. The beach does not get crowded, we always have a prime spot right near the crashing waves.Management company always takes care of us and is very customer-friendly.Highly recommended!

Nice vacation

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It’s not very clean. Dirty dishes in cupboard- waste can was gross and had food/ crumbs in the cover- floor was grubby. It seemed that the tile was barely washed. The furniture is tiny and uncomfortable. You are next to a construction project that also obstructs the view on the left side. The restaurant next store plays loud music EVERY day of the week. The washer dryer area was gross and non- operational. So nope I would not recommend Beach House 9. You must be able to find something better on AMI for the amount they are charging.

Our second time at this property and we have some concerns about the new construction next door as it now blocks the southern view. The condo is lovely, but the overwhelming musty smell permeates all of our belongings and takes months to air out once we're home. An air purifier would do wonders for this situation. We will only be able to stay one week next year as the huge increase in the rental fee has made our stay cost prohibitive.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have come to this same location for almost 30 years so we love the location. The new paint and stairs to the property looks very nice. Our days were filled with construction noice of electric saws, air guns, and radio just a few feet from us so not very relaxing and couldn’t enjoy being on the balcony. The washer and dryer did not work while we stayed the month. There was no cleaning of the grounds while we were there. The hot tub was dirty when we arrived and never was cleaned. We did call for tv help, leak under sink and our door lock not working properly and very happy with a quick response. Our place we stayed could use a pizza cutter, broiler pan, a door mat and the furniture was dirty upon arrival.

Loved It!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect for us. Right next door was the Kokonut Hut, so it was convenient to grab a bite or a drink. The condo had everything we needed and the bed was very comfortable. We were on the third floor, so just a couple of flights down and our feet were in the sand. The management team for the condo couldn’t have been more pleasant to talk with and were very accommodating. We have found our happy place and look forward to returning again. Thank you for sharing your wonderful condo with us! 😀

THIS VIEW!!!

First time visiting this area, but not the last! The listing was accurate, the view was amazing and the location was perfect for our needs. One total bummer - there was an extremely musty smell in the unit and unfortunately, it has now permeated our house. We have done the laundry over and over and still can't make anything smell fresh again. We have our suitcases sprayed with Febreze and airing out in the basement. Neither of us are picky...at all, but the smell is off-putting. Maybe an airduct cleaning would help? The only other real negative was that bathtub. It was like jumping a hurdle to clear the edge, which is kind of dangerous. I'm sure at one point the jet tub was the reason but pretty unnecessary. Also some grungy sheet pans with food stuck on but I just threw them back in the oven drawer where I found them that way. Thanks for the opportunity to provide feedback!

Perfect location

We had an amazing stay. Property was super clean, short beach walk to ocean, and beach was not crowded! Location was perfect; right next to the free Trolley stop and many restaurants within walking distance. We spotted dolphins many times from the balcony and beach during our stay. Only negatives - the hot tube was a little less than desirable and we arrived a little early but had to wait to the exact time of check in to enter the rental. It meet and exceeded needs for our getaway.

Relaxing

I was diagnosed with breast cancer in March. I took my 21 year old daughter on this getaway, the week before my double mastectomy. This was one of our best trips! The view was breathe taking! It was close to everything. We made so many memories. This is exactly what what we needed!!

Stunning view. Best location on the island.

You can not beat this location…two blocks from the Cortez Bridge and an easy stroll to Bridge Street…plus right ON the beach. We wanted the top floor, so we did have to manage the steps, but it was worth it for us to have the view. The unit was very clean. I like that there was a tv in the bedroom as well as the living area. The kitchen was well supplied with utensils and dishes and cookware. Beach chairs and an umbrella were also provided. It was a great stay!

Great location on the beach. Small but comfortable apartment. A bit worn, but had everything we needed. Could stand more thorough cleaning.

Beachfront unit

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First off let me say the location is amazing! Full oceanview and down a couple flights of stairs you're on the sand. Walking distance to several good restaurants and some shops. Would love to see bar height chairs on the deck so you're not looking through the railing when enjoying the view.The unit itself is tired. Stained furniture, mildewy smell, doors that don't close right. Basically it needs a facelift. It met our needs but we would go with a different unit next year if we found out one had been recently renovated.
