Everything you need

This unit was perfect for a full week of skiing. Close to the Cabriolet lift, this ground floor unit is steps from the front entrance and also has a very convenient covered parking spot in the parking structure under the building. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and eating in. Overall, we were very happy with this rental.

Great location, brand new condo

The condo is located on the first floor of three story building and was easy to get to. The complex is new and as of this review there is a lot of construction which woke us up promptly at 8am every morning (I like to sleep in). The construction has also taken over most of the parking, however there is a space under the condo in the garage which was nice to keep the vehicle out of the weather. The garage door remote, however, does not work. We arranged to have it reprogrammed since we were there for 4 days but unfortunately that didn't happen. The condo is very nice. It is brand new. There is a fusball table in the second bedroom which is fun, but the room is fairly crowded with that in there if you are going to use the trundle bed. The Canyons lifts are very close, short walk. Overall, great value and a lovely condo. It will be nice when the construction is done, but that looks like it will be many months before that is the case.

Great Stay

Condo was very clean and comfortable. We were told you did not need a code to use the garage, however you definitely need a code to enter. Kitchen was well stocked. We would definitely return.

5 stars and a perfect place to stay

We loved it here! It was the perfect place for our family! It is close to everything in the Canyons Village and is so close to everything in Park City. It was nice to be close to hiking and trails and the gondolas but also still be really close to a grocery store if needed and be able to have a nice place to cook food when we needed. Our kids loved the bunk beds and all of the beds were so cozy. We would stay here again!

Everything was great except for two issues, 1. The bed covers had food stains on them from the previous guest, 2. the bathtub shower does not drain.

Would never stay here again

1. This property is MUCH smaller than it appears in the pictures. We had 4 each 17 year old girls in the bedroom with the bunk type bed and it was a disaster. No dressers, only one bathroom with not nearly enough electrical outlets and a fooseball table right in the middle of the room hogging the little amount of leftover space that existed. This condo might work for small kids, but for teenagers I do not recommend. 2. We were there 12/24/21 until 1/3/22 and the trash was not picked up once. It was overflowing and disgusting. It spilled over on to our one parking space and it stunk. I took pictures to show you. It was just disgraceful. 3. We could not even use our grill because no shovel was provided for the outside patio and it snowed constantly. The simplest of things were missing from the kitchen, like dishtowels, a pair of scissors, only 1 frying pan, etc. Kitchen definitely not set up for someone used to cooking big meals for their families. There were not enough towels for 6 people and I ended up buying some at Home Goods. There was no dresser space or any space for that matter. This place might be suited for a weekend but certainly not for 10 nights. 4. There was an electrical cord that ran across the front entry steps. They were already covered with snow and ice - they didn't need an accident waiting to happen. 5. There is no remote control entry for the garage parking. You have to get out of your car on incoming and outgoing every time to key in a code. This is very inconvenient in freezing temps with pummeling snow. And there is not light by the key panel on the outside. Therefore, at night it is impossible to see what you are keying. Overall, this place was a disgrace for what they charge. The worst thing was the trash. It was just disgusting. Let me know how to upload pictures and I can show you. I also took a picture of the cord across the steps. Unbelievable! DH

The late 4 PM check in time is ridiculous

Not being able to check in until a late 4 pm was very inconvenient and not competitive with other rentals. Covid needs to stop being the excuse for everything which was the reason Vacasa gives for a late check in due to alleged enhanced cleaning. Otherwise condo was nice.

Perfect for Families with young children

When you check into some houses as a parent, you have to spend the first ten minutes moving furniture, covering outlets, and ensuring there arent any decorative pieces that will be toddler targets. This was hands-down the best condo to walk in to as the entire unit had been designed with families and children in mind. Already had outlets covered, had minimal decorations, and the second bedroom was fully equipped with an extra pack and play and some safe kids toys (even for our 9month old twins). The unit was also spotless clean, very comfortable, and in a prime location with easy access to everything in Park City. Highly recommend, and we plan to rent here again!

Location Location Location

Condo is a short walk to the gondola that goes up to the Village. I loved the corner location, since it was super easy to get in and out with no elevator or stairs and leave snowy gear on the balcony. Other reviews had noise problems, but we had no noise issues on our 1 week stay. The condo was super clean with nice furniture and appliances. No complaints

Wanted to like it

Good location, easily walkable to Cabriolet and new property, but I have never stayed anywhere so loud! It’s like the walls are paper thin. The unit itself was nice but could benefit from a couple basic things - towel hooks, chip clips, and light dimmers. Also, the sleeper sofa mattress was so poor quality it is impossible to sleep on.

Nice new property, noisey place

The facility was very nice. The walls are thin and noise from late arriving guests in other rooms radiated through our room . The bad part is it was from 11:30 to 3:00am in the middle of the night. That happened two nights in a row. Our room was also next to the front entrance, the master bedroom right nest to the door. Every entrance was heard. Bad planning by the designer.

Poor construction downgrades a beutiful home

The walls transmit sound. Other people were coming in after midnight. We woke to the sounds of conversations, toilets flushing, sounds like moving furniture and even dancing. The Condo looked awesome. Night noise stunk!

Disappointing condo

We have traveled the world and I have never written a negative comment; however this property deserves one. They failed to mention there is construction going on directly next door from early AM to around 7 PM, Monday thru Saturday. Very noisy, especially if you wish to sit on the balcony....then you get to listen to hammering and sawing non stop. Also, we had a family above us and you could hear the children running and yelling at all hours. Was woken up multiple times. I went to speak to them, to no avail. I called the property manager and they said there is nothing they could do and we should call the police. That's not realistic. The unit did not have any basic supplies for the kitchen: aluminum foil, saran wrap, countertop cleaner. Nothing like having to buy $50 of supplies just to stay there. Perhaps once the construction is done, the unit is appropriately supplied and they have a way to deal with above unit this would be a nice place to stay.

Very disappointing!

There is construction next door to this condo. From early AM until approx 7 PM Monday thru Saturday there is sawing, hammering and equipment movement. This info is not mentioned in the description. The unit above had a family with four children and they ran around the unit and screamed at all times. I went to visit them.....to no avail. Called Vacasa and was told there is nothing they can do since they don't manage that unit. If you plan on renting here, don't plan on sleeping in or taking naps!! Also, this unit is NOT on a golf course. It is near one.

Dirty, not cleaned properly

Master bedroom bed had hair all in the bed. Linens had not been washed. Same with the bathroom. Non-responsive management company. Didn't do anything to compensate for the fact that we had to clean and wash linens after getting in at 11 p.m. Would never go back to this place.
