We're close to everything Los Angeles has to offer. Minutes to Downtown LA. Drive to Hollywood, Santa Monica, Venice beach, Beverly Hills, Universal Studios, Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm, or Long Beach. Less than 1 mile to the nearest metro station. Conveniently located near markets, restaurants & shopping centers.

The space

**NEW**
- Universal 220v EV outlet at carport (available for a $20 nightly fee). Tesla adapter available.
- 6-person hot tub. All guests must agree to the waiver and house rules.

- Front Home: Bedroom #1 has 1 KING bed with TV; Bedroom #2 has 2 Full beds with TV and a tri-fold floor mattress (75"L x 25"W), 1 bathroom with dual vanity, 55” TV in living room

- Guest Home: 1 bedroom with 1 queen bed, a comfortable couch and a tri-fold floor mattress (75"L x 38"W). The guest house has its own living room with 55” TV, bedroom and bathroom. There’s also a small kitchenette with a sink. No appliances.

- Carport parking for 2 vehicles behind secured gate accessible from the alley

- Free street parking (pay attention to the street cleaning signs for days and hours to avoid getting a parking ticket)

- All TVs come w/various apps for your entertainment (please log into your individual account, we don't provide access to subscriptions).

- Main house has central air/heat and standing fan

- Guest House has mini-splits for air/heat in the living room and bedroom.

- Onsite washer + dryer (contact host for code)

- Well-equipped kitchen

- Beautifully landscaped backyard with string lights and dining table for 6. Photos will be updated soon.

- Exterior security cameras are on and recording sound 24/7 in the front yard, side yard and back gate.

Guests are welcome to access the entire home during their stay except the left closet inside the king bed room and the closet in the living room.

Please do not exit from the laundry room door.

Other things to note
This is a private home. Please treat the space with care. Let us know if there are any issues immediately upon arrival and we will do our best to take action ASAP.

Please note that we no longer refill propane tanks when empty. There is an extra tank in the back house by the sliding door. If both are empty, you can take an empty tank and get a replacement at Home Depot or somewhere else. There is one approximately 3.5 miles away. Note they will charge more if you don't have an empty tank.

**All pets must be approved prior to booking. The pet fee is for one pet only. An additional $50 fee applies to the second pet and will be collected prior to arrival using the resolution center.**

Although this is a pet-friendly home, please do not leave your pets unattended and clean up after your pets through the interior and exterior parts of the house. They must be crated if you are not home. You will be responsible for any damage caused by your pet.

Other maintenance items:
- Gardener usually comes every other Friday. They work in the front and back/side yards with lawn mowers and leaf blowers.
- Hot tub maintenance is usually on Wednesdays.
- Trash days are Tuesday mornings in the alley.
- Please note these days can change without notice.

Weekend get away

We traveled from the Bay Area to attend concert at the Rose Bowl and Disneyland. Both were about 30 minutes away. It was easy getting around with restaurants and grocery store near by. There were 5 of us and we all slept comfortably. It is spacious and beautiful.

Great home in Los Angeles area!

Our family loved this cute home! Not only was it affordable but it was exactly what we needed for our 4 day trip to Los Angeles. The house was clean and decorated super cute. The backyard was perfect for hanging out and enjoying the nice weather. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. The host was very friendly and responded to my messages very quickly. We will definitely be staying here again.

Cute house

The house was perfect for what we needed it for! There were 2 families of 4 that stayed in the house/guest house. We stayed here because we went to Universal Studios and it was a 20 min drive away. The neighborhood was cute and safe. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. The parking was a little tight in the back of the property with 2 oversized vehicles and there was limited street parking, but we made it work! Overall it was a great house and location for the 8 of us!

Family vacation

Stayed here with my family of 9. The kids enjoyed the backyard. Nice private space in the guest house. Very clean. Neighborhood is quiet. Car port has low clearance so we couldn’t park our Transit rental inside and street parking was a struggle for nights we were out late. Host was friendly and responsive. Definitely would stay here again.

LA Stay

The property was exactly as advertised. Both homes look new inside, were very clean and well accessorized. The guest house is small but well designed and laid out - perfect for a couple. There were games for playing in the backyard that added a lot of fun for this group. We didn't use it but there was a hot tub in the backyard as well. The host was excellent - very helpful and she checked in with us to make sure everything was OK.

Great Property Poor Water Pressure

Well taken care of property with everything that it promised. Poor water pressure for showers and spa wouldn’t get past lukewarm. Paid a premium price over New Year’s and did get the value for the extra money spent. Owner was very nice and communicated well.

Long weekend in LA

The curb appeal of this property is such an accurate representation of the whole experience. The house is beautiful, spacious, and well kept. My family of 4 (kids 6 and 8) stayed here with my Sister-in-law, her husband, their 8 year old and 3 year old. I prefer staying at VRBOs when we travel as a group, because it allows for organic conversation, more time for the kids to play and overall a true bonding experience. It is well situated in the city, within a few miles of a Target, lots of mom and pop restaurants, and in a quiet neighborhood. My SIL, her hubby and 3 year old stayed at the Casita, while my family and my niece slept in the main house. The kids LOVED the backyard, where there is a hot tub, a putting green, and lots of spaces to spread out and chill. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. It had all of the conveniences of home. Our cars felt safe within the car port. The owners are friendly and easy to get ahold of. I HIGHLY recommend staying at this beautiful home. It is 100% the reason we like staying at VRBO homes instead of impersonal hotels.

Super cute house! Perfect for families

I loved this property! It is adorable and clean. The host has so many small, thoughtful things that were such helpful touches for a family, such as sound machines in the bedrooms, extra towel hooks in the bathroom, and toddler friendly table ware. The neighborhood is cute and has soooo many lovely Hispanic restaurants, a target, and Starbucks nearby. And a grocery store in walking distance! We chose this house because it best suited us and our toddler, so the suburban atmosphere was ideal for us. It was a drive to get anywhere, but is pretty central around the urban sprawl and LA traffic is a pain anyway so nothing new there lol. Felt very secure, safe, and might I say slightly bougie here!

Highly recommend

We had a great time staying at this house. We rented both the main and guest house. It is located in a lovely neighborhood. The house was spacious as was the guest house. The number one reason we chose this house amongst others is the rear parking. As many know, parking in Los Angeles is always a hassle. Having our own gated parking gave us peace of mind and easy access to anything needed from our cars. Our family of 10 enjoyed our vacation and stay and highly recommend this house. The owner was attentive yet respectful of our privacy and clear with all instructions during our stay. Thank you and we look forward to booking in the future.

Cute Home w/ADU

We really enjoyed our stay, the ADU in the back worked out perfectly forty son and his wife as well. We went to the Rose Bowl and the Santa Monica Pier while we were there. This was in a great location to do both. It was clean and a quiet area. Even though there were people using fireworks on New Years eve, they were over quickly.
