This golf-course-front townhouse sits within a half-mile stroll of the Cabriolet Lift, giving you ready access to world-class skiing and snowboarding at Park City Mountain Resort. The neighborhood is quiet and private, yet you're also close to a number of great restaurants, apres-ski spots, and a summer farmers market. The Main Street Historic District, with its renowned dining and shopping, is a quick five-mile drive south.
There are outdoor spaces to enjoy on each of the home's three levels, all with sweeping views of the alpine landscape. Bring your coffee outside to the balcony, light the gas grill on the deck for lunchtime barbecues, and retreat to the bubbling hot tub on the patio to soothe your muscles after a day on the slopes.
The main floor is open and bright, bringing together a chic kitchen (with stainless steel appliances), a dining space, and a living room beneath lofty ceilings. Light the gas fireplace, stream a favorite movie or two, and leave the day's gear to spin in the washer/dryer downstairs. Of the three bedrooms, one is a primary suite with the top floor to itself, offering balcony access, a smart TV, a fireplace, and a lovely bathroom. Central air and complimentary WiFi are provided as well.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Security camera details: There is a ring doorbell camera as well as cameras above the garage door facing the street.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
