Pamper yourself in one of the 3 luxurious bedrooms uniquely furnished and designed with comfort and tranquility in mind. All bedroom sanctuaries offer hospitality-quality mattresses, ceiling fans, plush carpet, custom window shades, fine linens, large closets and 50” smart ROKU TVs.
The primary suite features a KING mattress, plenty of dresser storage, spacious closet and access to the backyard and pool through sliding glass doors. The sumptuous primary en suite bath offers a large custom tile glass enclosed shower and sunken in bathtub, double floating vanities with quartz counters and plenty of storage for toiletries, modern fixtures, and plenty of plush towels to complete the luxury experience.
The two guest bedrooms offer QUEEN sized mattresses. The shared hall guest bath offers the same spa-like amenities as the primary bath with a custom tile glass enclosed walk-in shower, floating vanity, quartz counter and plenty of cabinet storage. The hall bath also has direct access to the laundry room and backyard.
OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES
The highlight of this property is the resort-style outdoor retreat allowing you to experience the magnificent desert climate. Lovely desert gardens abound every inch of the grounds filled with cacti, towering palm trees, Ficus hedges, fruit trees, rock gardens, desert flora, lush green lawn and many varieties of succulent plants. The completely private and meticulously maintained grounds are walled, fenced and gated to provide the utmost seclusion for your guests, children or furry friends.
The centerpiece of this outdoor playground is the 30 ft. sparkling pool (heating optional) perfect for swimming laps or floating aimlessly. There are plenty of chaise lounges and a hammock for sun worshippers to bask in the rays of the PS sunshine. If shade is what you crave, hang out or nap under the cover of an umbrella or relax with a cool drink in the comfortable seating area under the covered breezeway. Assemble the entire group for a meal on the outdoor dining table that seats up to 6 overlooking the pool. At sunset, enjoy cocktails and conversation gathered around the natural gas fire pit under the canopy of twinkling desert stars. There’s also a natural gas BBQ, bocce court, cornhole game and pool floats to complete the perfect outdoor experience.
AMENITIES
For our guests added convenience we offer a separate laundry room inside with full-size washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, phone service with unlimited long distance to US and Canada, smart ROKU TVs, estate disposal service and 2-car garage. All linens, towels & pool floats provided too.
OPTIONAL FEES
For stays of less than 28 nights, the optional pool heat fee is $100/day or $650/week. Pool heat is not needed between June - September. A utility deposit is collected for stays of 28 nights or more and the amount is based on the length of stay. The cost of an Early Arrival or Late Departure is $200 each plus tax.

This property is nestled in the quiet South Palm Springs Los Compadres neighborhood of classic desert ranch homes. The wide paved sidewalks are perfect for leisurely strolls and convenient to nearby bike paths. Los Compadres is adjacent to the Prescott Preserve (former Mesquite Golf Course) and is being restored to a beautiful nature preserve with multi-use paths and nature trails.
Located just a few minutes from downtown Palm Springs, this property is within walking distance to Manhattan Deli and the Smoketree Commons Shopping Center with Jensen’s Gourmet Grocery Store, World Market, Walgreens, TJ-Maxx and other casual dining. You’ll be able to enjoy all the activities this famous city has to offer including fine dining, shopping, day spas, hiking, biking, golfing, horseback riding, gambling, architectural tours, live theatre and riding the PS Arial Tramway.
