The front door opens up into an open concept living, dining, and kitchen. Living room has an electric fireplace. Home consists of the master ensuite (king bed) and private bath, guest suite #1 (queen bed) w/ full bathroom and guest bedroom #2 (queen bed). Home office is adjacent to the kitchen and leads to the backyard.

Love Field - Highly Recommend!

The home was very clean.The beds were super comfortable. It had everything we needed for a long weekend with the family.The large fenced backyard was a bonus for the little pups. Quiet neighborhood, felt safe. It was convenient to uptown/downtown.

Great property, clean and charming!

What a great property. Neighborhood is safe. House is charming and very clean. This is my second time booking the same house. I hope to stay again when I am in town next! Kitchen is setup well, everything you need is there! Perfect backyard space. Long driveway. Beds are all comfortable! Perfect home away from home when needed!

Highly Recommend

I am always nervous about booking my yearly rental in Dallas as I am not from the area. This is a place I will want to stay again! Location and neighborhood safety are most important to me... The neighborhood felt safe, and the location was exactly what we were looking for. The property was just as lovely as shown in the pictures. Additionally, it allowed pets, which we needed. Very clean. The host has excellent communication.

Business trip

Had a business trip to Dallas for four days had an amazing experience staying at this house. It was clean close by the venue for our meeting and made it convenient for good shopping and meals as well. Would definitely stay again if going back to Dallas.

Great House

The house was as described. Very clean and comfortable. I had an issue with the heating in one bedroom. Let them know, they had had an HVAC person out ASAP and fixed the issue. I will stay here again.

Easiest Stay in Dallas!

My parents live in the Park Cities area and I have always struggled to find a good place to stay when my family comes to Dallas. We have tried multiple hotels over the years and this trip we found our favorite new place. The location was perfect, the house was everything that they advertised, and the beds were incredibly comfortable! We can't wait to book this house every time we come back to town.

Nice quaint place.

The house was a great size and floor plan. It was in a convenient location for downtown, Highland Park, DFW, and Love Airport access. It does need a regular coffee maker.

Thanksgiving in Dallas

Our family of five really enjoyed our stay over the Thanksgiving weekend. The house is beautifully decorated, comfortable, and had everything we needed. It also has a great backyard for furry family members. The location is perfect for easily getting to many places around Dallas.

Nice neighborhood, conveniently located.

The home was in a great location for us, and provided a comfortable place to stay while traveling with our small dog. We felt very safe during our stay, and it was a very quiet neighborhood. The only issue we had was the attention to detail when it came to the cleaning. Upon arrival I noticed that the sink faucet in the master bathroom had toothpaste residue. Also, the rugs thoughout, including bath mats could use a good clean, or be replaced. These "issues" were pretty minor, and I would stay here again, and recommend this listing.

Well maintained home

Very impressed with cleanliness of property, lawn was cut. Even the trash outside trash cans were clean smelling. It was a pet friendly home and there wasn’t a dog dropping left on the lawn. Both the fire pit and grill had propane levels. The inside of the home was immaculate. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The only small negative was checkout time VRBO listing said 11 am , the property house rules said 10am. Had to drop family off at DFW airport and get back to check out. Enjoyed sitting on the patio,would absolutely stay here again.

Issues need to be addressed to make this a great place

Our family of 5 stayed here 4 nights in Aug and sadly it was not the best experience. We arrived late after a 5-hr flight delay and upon entering the home, there were two large roaches in the kitchen area. Being from FL, we are no strangers to roaches and know that at times this happens. However, the next morning in broad daylight, there was another roach brazenly going for a food item on the counter. Then in the evening yet another in the master bedroom that crawled on my shoe as I was trying to get it. We saw nymphs too, which is indicative of a larger issue than just a few roaches that wandered into a home. Needless to say, seeing several roaches a day in the home made for an unpleasant experience. Aside from this, most of the upholstery was in need of cleaning. There were visible stains/soiled spots on the rug, dining room chairs, sofa, and bedroom throw pillows. Our teenagers, who tend to be less mindful of these things, were even commenting on the lack of cleanliness of the upholstered items. On a positive note, the property manager Renee was super responsive and validated our feelings about the situation. She indicated that pest service was scheduled the day of our departure to address the issue. She also agreed to reimburse the roach bait/spray I purchased. In the end, the owner agreed to refund one night, although I am still awaiting both refund checks in the mail as of this review. If these two main issues were fixed this house would be really great.
