Positives:
- The location is incredible. So close to the beach, restaurants, shops.
- I like that the parking is covered by the unit.
- Nice pool- goes to 9 feet deep.
- Ceiling fan and box fan in the master bedroom.
- The AC went out on Sunday morning (we didn’t realize until late in the afternoon after getting back from the beach). By Monday afternoon, Vacasa sent someone to fix it. Temperature was back to normal by Monday evening.
Negatives:
- No privacy- especially at night. The master bedroom has broken panel blinds. Two of the four panels were gone. The second bedroom had no blinds or drapes at all.
- The unit is in need of a serious deep clean. Dust on the door panels, dirty grout in the bathrooms, dirty mirrors, cosmetic issues in the ceiling under the hall bathroom.
- The stairs are dangerous. Never experienced stairs like them before. The fronts of each step are taller than the actual flat step. Difficult to explain but needed to be extra careful on them.
- If you’re a coffee drinker, bring your own coffee filters. We brought our own coffee but didn’t think we needed filters. It would have been nice if they had them.
- I could only find one kitchen towel.
