Welcome to Hang Loose!

Located right in the heart of Cherry Grove in North Myrtle Beach on a quiet neighborhood street. 2 small blocks from sparkling waters and soft white sand. Short walking distance to beach, restaurants, grocery store, ice cream, surf shop, bike rentals, post office, and nightlife. Warm ocean breezes and walk to just about everything you need! Our beach cottage has 2 bedrooms and 2 full en suite bathrooms. Master bedroom has a queen bed and 2nd bedroom has 2 full sized beds that will sleep a total of 6 guests. Large, gated deck (to keep children and pets safe and sound) with stainless grill and patio table for 6 as well as additional seating area. Covered parking underneath and outdoor shower to rinse off after a day at the beach. Cottage has keyless entry, warm beach decor, hardwood floors, ceiling fans in living room/bedrooms, full size washer/dryer and comes fully furnished with quality linens, towels, dishes, and a well stocked kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances. 3 flat screen smart tv's / Spectrum HD cable and secure, high speed wireless internet.

Our cottage has 4 beach chairs and a beach wagon to make your stay as easy and as stress free as possible (you are also welcome to use the guest storage room for any other beach, fishing or small recreational gear you may bring). There is also a cornhole set and bags in the storeroom for your enjoyment. *Note - we do not provide beach towels.

Hang Loose comes complete with a starter supply of household and bathroom items; Coffee K-Cups, a few trash bags, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent pods, toilet paper, hand soap, and paper towels. We also supply a complimentary set of Eco Botanics travel sized toiletries and bath soaps for each bathroom. So don't worry if you forget a few things. We got you covered!

Other things to note:

- Cottage is privately owned, managed and maintained. You MUST be over the age of 25 to book this property. No house parties, spring break/graduation gatherings, etc..

- We love our dog and house-trained pets are fully welcome with a non refundable fee, so bring your furry friends!

- This is a Non-Smoking property - NO smoking/vaping of any kind in, or anywhere on the property. Inability to follow house rules will result in immediate eviction of all guests without refund.

- Cottage rents from SATURDAY to SATURDAY during the months of June, July and August. Please contact us if you wish to book alternate check in and check out dates during these months.

- Check Out Time is 10:00 A.M and Check In Time is 4:00 P.M.

- Motorcycles and small boats are welcome (2 motorcycle maximum allowed on property) if bringing a boat please confirm size including trailer with us so we can confirm that it will fit.

- Cottage has 1 exterior camera underneath that faces the parking area and street. This is for the protection of the cottage and our guests.

- Snowbirds / monthly winter rental discounted rates as well as off-season, shorter than 7 night min stays available. Please contact us to discuss!

Perfect Beach House

This beach house was so charming and the perfect size. The beach was only 1 1/4 blocks away. All the essentials were provided & we loved not having to bring sheets, washcloths & towels. The beach biggie was perfect to get the cooler and beach supplies to the beach. We truly enjoyed this house and cooking out in the large deck 😊 Our 2 small dogs enjoyed their time on vacation!

October in Myrtle

I spent the month of October in Myrtle Beach at Hang Loose. 2 blocks from the ocean and pet friendly. We had a great time and the improvements made by Matt were very much appreciated. The kitchen had all of the essentials plus more. I would definitely stay here again and Matt was very quick to answer any questions. The cottage is very comfortable and a safe neighborhood.

So relaxing!!

Our stay was wonderful! We loved how clean everything was and the accessibility to the beach and shopping, not to mention the wonderful restaurants! A big storm hit the night before our least day and it knocked the power out. We got kind of panicked because of the high heat index but our amazing host, Aimee was so easy to get a hold of and put our worries to rest. She contacted the power company and power was restored within an hour of us communicating! Excellent hosts by far!!

Nice place for small family

We enjoyed our week stay. Nice safe neighborhood. What we liked: price, close to beach, just the right size for our family, accepted our small dog, and good communication with owner. What we didnt like: pots/pans need to be replaced, countertop in bathrooms much lower and toliets are higher than we are use to. Place appears clean but my socks were black after walking around on floors, so best to wear shoes inside. No real view of anything out windows. And Im use to a pretty plush mattress so was definitely a downgrade for me. A perfect get a way for the price.

Great Cherry Grove property

The house was super convenient. It is in the Cherry Grove neighborhood of North Myrtle Beach. The beach is 2 small blocks away. Large grocery store, post office and gas station 2 blocks away. So many restaurants and shopping within 5 minutes drive. The house was clean, neat and really decorated nicely. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, microwave, coffee maker etc. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of closet space. 2 large parking sots too. The owners were great to deal with before, during and after our stay. Aimee and Bryant helped us if we needed, gave us great restaurant recommendations and even helped us moving in and they were always friendly. We really had a great stay. Thanks so much.

Wonderful place - Great location

We stayed at Hang Loose for two weeks and had a very pleasant stay. The house was perfect for our needs, ( Very clean and well stocked ). We loved the access to the beach - 2 blocks - and evenings on the deck cooking out. Aimee and Bryant were very nice to deal with. The only glitch was trying to check in through the VRBO site. It was not working that day but Aimee was very responsive to an email and was there with the key when we arrived. Restaurants, shopping, and the beach were all a short walk. There is even a great dog park only a few miles away.

We have rented off of the owners previously. They are the nicest people you can meet. Any questions you have they answer immediately. House is perfect location to everything in area, and has everything you could need. We love the quiet area. Can’t wait to be back.

Beautiful home!

I have stayed multiple places in South Carolina for vacation. The beach home was convenient to restaurants, shopping and walking distance to the beach. The home needed some ceiling repairs in living room, bathroom and closet. Bedroom with two beds needed an updated mattress my friend slept in other bed near the wall to living room and it was more comfortable than the one at the window. We had a great time enjoying the deck and grilling out each day for dinner. Underground parking was nice to be able to get into a cool car. My dog enjoyed his time there most of his time was sleeping. I was disappointed to realize that I had too pay for a pet fee that was non refundable.

This rental is very nice and clean. It has everything you will need to enjoy your stay. It is very accessible to a local grocery store and other stores to shop and restaurants to eat. Best of all it is only two blocks in from the beach. We will most surely use this rental again in the future
