Wonderful gated condominium, beachfront complex, many amenities - pools, shuffle board, tennis, beach access. Across the street is a plaza with all your needs - coffee, pizza, seafood, fine dining, sports bar and grill, gas station.

Plenty of parking in the complex. If you have a lot to take to the beach I often park in building i and it is a shorter walk to the Beach walkover and pool. Easily walk across A1A to get to restaurants.

We understand accidents happen and kindly ask that you please notify us if an item breaks, doesn't work, or is soiled as soon as it happens. We want to ensure we can replace item(s) as soon as possible for you or the next guest. If items are missing or broken guest is responsible for the charge for any item(s).
Primary renter must be present on all bookings
There will be a $200 fee for any late checkout that is not approved.
Pet Policy - We love pets but are not a pet friendly condo. We suggest pet paradise for a local pet stay.
Key Cards - There are 2 key cards on the counter for guest use. These key cards are needed to get into the gate entrance, the pools, the beach access. Please take cards with you during your stay. When you depart make sure to leave the key cards, any lost, damaged or taken key cards will result in a $25 fee per key card.
Additional Guests - The apartment can comfortably accommodate two people. No Additional overnight guests are allowed.
Smoking - There is no smoking allowed inside the house or in porch. Smoking only allowed in parking lot, away from units.
OCEAN VILLAGE CLUB CONDOMINIUMS RULES
Ocean Village Club wants you to enjoy your time at the Club and in order for all of us to achieve that goal; we would ask you to be mindful of the following:
* Pool Areas: NO glass, pets, or diving allowed in pool area. No smoking or vaping at the pools or pavilion. No rafts, inflatables, inner tubes, boogies boards are allowed in pool. Only personal flotation devices for toddlers, elderly and handicapped are permitted. No food or beverage is permitted within 5 feet of the pool per Florida State and St. Johns County Health Codes. Food is only permitted to be served-consumed under the covered area by the pool
bathrooms. Boomboxes, radios, are not permitted at the pool. Earbuds must be used for listening all listening devices. Pools are closed at 10:00 PM.
* No grills allowed on OVC Property. Per NFPA CODE. No grills are allowed on balconies or patios. This was revised to include electric grills. Charcoal Grills are provided at the Picnic Pavilion area and at the Beach Pool Gazebo.
* Nothing shall be hung from any railing except national flags or seasonal decorations. (towels, bathing suits, clothing, mats etc.)
* No boats, RV's/campers, conversion vans, jet skis, or trailers may be parked or stored at OVC overnight. Vehicles will be towed.
* No loud and disturbing noises.
* No possession or use of fireworks of any kind anywhere on OVC property.
* Playing games, roller-skating, or bike riding in common areas must not interfere with other residents. No roller-skating/blading/skateboarding on sidewalks or building walkways.
*All walkways shall be kept clear. (Per NFPA Code 101:7.5.1.1.1)
* Each unit has use of one reserved (yellow) and one visitor (white) parking space. All cars must display a valid parking pass and park in the appropriate designated space.
* No coolers, chairs, toys, fishing gear, swim boards of any kind are to be left outside of the boundary of unit patios. Please bring in /on patio-balcony when finished using at the front of the building. Hammocks are not permitted.
* Household garbage is not to be placed in picnic/pool trashcans. Dumpsters are located throughout the property.
Guests cannot receive mail or packages to the property, please reach out and we can coordinate an alternate delivery address, if necessary.
