Dieser "Home Away From Home"-Stil Haus hat im Laufe aktualisiert und bietet eine gemütliche, familiäre und haustierfreundlichen Platz, um für die Oregon Coast Wochenende Sie gewartet haben einzuleben. Mit Bettwäsche bestückt, Geschirr, Möbel, Unterhaltungs-und-alles, was Sie brauchen, ist Ihr Reisetasche!

Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe der Bay House Restaurant am südlichen Ende von Lincoln City, bietet dieses Ferienhaus leichten Zugang zu den zentralen Stränden der Stadt und die des Siletz Bay. Eine kurze 5-10 Minuten weiter südlich auf 101 finden Sie im Herzen der Bay Depot haben. Nach einer Fahrt durch den nördlichen Ende der Stadt nimmt eine einfache 15 Minuten, wo Sie Ihr Glück im Casino versuchen oder planen Sie eine Runde Golf. Vergessen Sie nicht, Lincoln-Stadt ist auch die Heimat von vielen guten Restaurants, Geschäften, Theatern, Bars / Kneipen, Hotels und vieles mehr!

Ideal für Kurzurlaub eine private Paar oder eine große Familienfeier, gibt es eine Vielzahl von Schlafbereichen, die bei Ende des Tages ausruhen. Unten gibt es ein Doppelbett in einem Schlafzimmer und einem Doppelbett in der anderen. Zwischen denen die große Gourmet-Küche sind zwei getrennte Familie / Wohnräume mit TV und vielen Sitzgelegenheiten. Ein Sofa zieht in ein Queen-Size-Bett. 2 Kinderbetten sind auch für zusätzliche Schlafmöglichkeiten zur Verfügung. Das Badezimmer mit Waschbecken, Toilette und Dusche ist im Erdgeschoss so gut gelegen. Im Obergeschoss befinden sich zwei Schlafzimmer, beide mit Doppelbetten. Das 2. Bad ist auch im Obergeschoss mit einem Waschbecken, Toilette und Dusche.

Haben wir schon erwähnt die Küche! Diese Küche wird oft als der Höhepunkt der Heimat berichtet. Es ist groß, zentral, und aktualisiert. Familie und Freunde haben gekocht, Spiele gespielt, und auch in dieser Küche über die Jahre getanzt. Edelstahl im gesamten, Harthölzer, 2 Waschbecken, Bar Sitzgelegenheiten - es ist ein Koch der Traum!

Spitznamen "The Landing", bietet das Pazifikküste Charmeur einen unglaublichen Blick auf die Bucht und den Zugang von einer angehobenen 'Landing "-Bereich in den Hinterhof. Setzte sich hier mit einer Gruppe von Freunden oder allein mit einem Buch bietet die perfekte Oregon Coast Ambiente. Ein paar Schritte auf der anderen Seite werden die Zehen in den Sand der Siletz Bay haben. Ideal für ruhige Spaziergänge, Lagerfeuer, und ein Ort, die Hunde laufen zu lassen!

Apropos Hunde-Ja! Wir sind tierfreundlich. Es gibt viel Platz für die Tiere, um gemütlich bis neben einem der 2 Kamine, oder folgen Sie rund um in der großen Küche, wie Sie das Familienessen zu machen. Der Hinterhof ist komplett eingezäunt, so dass Ihre vierbeinigen Freunde, die überdachte Terrasse zurück, die Gas-Grill und den Stein Feuerstelle zusammen mit dem Rest der Gäste zu genießen. Perfect vacation rental for a family

We truly enjoyed our stay at The Landing. The house was in a quiet location with access to the bay and the beach nearby. The house had plenty of room for our family of 6 and 2 dogs to spread out and relax. The location is close to almost anything one would like to do. We would definitely recommend this place to other families.

Great House

Loved the house, it was a great amount of space for our family nicely decorated.. Super cute raised area out side with table and chairs with neat little serving bar and view of the bay. The owner has coffee pods and a smores package with roasting stick for the fire pit. Lots of kithchen wares. Towels and slippers for the hottub. Plenty of towles for the bathrooms, and lots of hot water. Our only complaint would be the beds and upstairs floor were very squeaky, and the neighbors dog was a little barky. We would Definitely stay again.

Great family trip

Everything was as advertised. The house was great and the owner was great to work with. The house has lots of room, my party of 7 was never crowded, always comfortable. Good updates to the house, comfortable beds. The owners have done a lot of the little extras to make this house stand out from other houses we have used in the past. Great location right on the bay and only a 5 minute drive to the ocean beach, and walking distance to Pelican Brewing. The back yard has 2 different seating areas and both are great, you can sit with and watch the tide come in or out, or sit around the fire pit. The kitchen is huge and has everything you need and it’s well stocked with extras. It’s obvious that the owners care about their home and want your stay to be great. I appreciated the attention to detail, it’s what makes all the difference. We would love to come back in the future.

Great house, perfect location!

7 adults and two dogs stayed at this home in the Cutler City area of Lincoln City. We really enjoyed staying here, the beds were super comfy. Linens were plentiful, even had beach towels for us to use with the brand new hot tub that was nice and hot. Was really nice to have a large fenced yard so we could let the dogs run around a bit and not have to worry about them. The kitchen was huge and stocked with every appliance you could ever need. You can’t see the Siletz Bay from inside the house but there was a new deck in the upper part of the back yard with nice seating and view of the bay. Had our morning coffee out there . We would definitely rent this house again. Thank you to the great host , Sue.

Highly Recommend!

Property was super! AMAZING outdoor spaces -- one with a view of the water and bald eagles! Hot tub was so clean and lovely and the lighting around it was so sweet! Home was clean and very well stocked. Kitchen was large and best selection of household items of any rental we have stayed in! Games and books galore too! Having two separate seating areas with couches and ample dining room table spaces was really great as well. And super friendly neighbor who provided firewood for smores when we realized we didn't have enough. Oh, and great communication from owner prior to trip! Highly recommend this rental!

Beautiful Property

We had a wonderful vacation in Lincoln City. The property was very clean and ready for us when we arrived. The backyard was beautiful and we enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub! The kitchen was just as described. It was big so we could have several people helping with meals, and it was well stocked! I would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again when we come back to the Oregon coast!

Beautiful Home

This was a wonderful home with a great backyard and perfect family kitchen. Lots of room for people to stand around and talk, cook, and laugh. The home owner is so kind and a beautiful soul. Dog friendly home and we so appreciated that. The bay is one house away and it's gorgeous. The only downside was the neighbor lady behind the house. When we arrived she walked over and did tell us if we needed something to tell her but for some reason she gave off a negative feeling and didn't smile and wasn't welcoming. We made a big mistake and we were loud one night as my husband is hard of hearing and was talking loud my son is used to it and it didn't dawn on him it was loud. We did break rules and she did yell at my husband and I do agree with her there. We felt bad. Where we did have an issue is from the moment we arrived every time we went outside she would go outside and watch us. Every single time... It was very off putting. It's a low fence there and we couldn't get away from it. She also reported to the owner we had more people staying there than we did and more dogs... We only had the two. She also told the owners we had hung up one of the sheets in the house outside.. we brought a canvas from home for an outside movie projection for our grandchildren. My husband did leave it up just a little longer though so he could get some privacy while sitting on the back porch. As this was his birthday weekend he was a little sad and disappointed that he couldn't have some outside time where he felt peace and relaxation. This may not be everyone's experience but felt like maybe it was because of his race she had an issue. I don't know but it took away from what an amazing house, owner, and location this house is in.

Nice place to stay!

A group of 6 of us stayed here for a little getaway and for the most part it was great! The location was perfect, the property owner, Sue, was very easy to get ahold of and responded quickly. Unfortunately the prior guests had apparently left the house quite a mess, so there were a few things that were overlooked during the cleaning process before our arrival, but they were minor issues that did not prevent is from enjoying our stay. The house is very cute with a lovely back yard setting and a perfect layout for our little group. I would definitely stay here again!

Great time

Had a great time with the Grandkids. Loved exploring Siletz Bay when the tide was out. Great photo opps ! so much to do in the Lincoln City, Depoe Bay Newport area. Did you know that you can hike down and go into The Devils Punch Bowl at low tide (at Otter Rock) ! What a treat. Plus the Newport Acquarium. and of course, crabbing off of Mo's Beach. Wonderful location, family friendly

Our family of 9 loved our stay. The house is perfect for a family get-together. The kitchen was a joy to cook in (gas stove, large kitchen), the table in the backyard has a view of the water, the hot tub is great, beds are comfortable, and the beach is one house away! Our dogs had the best time running around the fenced backyard and beach, which is very quiet. I loved walking along the inlet of calm water, which was beautiful. I highly recommend it.

Pet friendly beach house in good location

Two gas fireplaces keep this older, but updated beach house warm and cozy. It has a fenced yard, large modern kitchen, and is located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to beaches. We enjoyed our stay here.

Such a great house!

We had a two-family vacation weekend with four little kids between us. The house was darling - charming beachy vibe but with plenty of space to spread out. The photos do not do justice to the outdoor spaces, they really made the house feel secluded. I loved the terraced yard with a table and chairs overlooking the bay - the adults had a lovely dinner here one night. We all gathered around the firepit in another part of the yard each evening. The hot tub is on the smaller side but very nice and comfortable (3 adult capacity, 4 if you're really comfortable with each other!). The kitchen was a joy to work in, well stocked, even with things like paper towels and foil (not always standard in rentals), and roomy enough for a group to cook together. And we all loved the location! The house is steps from Siletz Bay, which is beautiful and covered in amazing driftwood. Be sure to check it out at low tide. It's a quiet neighborhood, ideal for families with small kids, but still just minutes from popular beaches and shops. Lastly, the owner Sue was great to work with and gave lots of suggestions on things to do and places to eat, and very responsive to correspondence. We all agreed we would stay again in a heartbeat!

great weekend

We had a blast. There was only 2 of us however this place is a wonderful size for a family gathering week or weekend. Loved the hot tub and the fireplaces especially since it was a rainy stormy weekend. Owner is available at all times and was helpful in every way when I had questions. Will definitely be going back as much as I can! Thanks Sue!

Fantastic Family Getaway

My family and I (and our Dog) had a wonderful vacation at The Landing. Lots of space for everyone to hang and sleep very comfortably. The Kitchen is the highlighted area. So spacious and well stocked (especially the glassware). Several of us could help prepare some wonderful meals together. The access to the beach area if very close. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us. We hope to return.

One of my Favorite Coast Retreats

This is a wonderful home for small or large groups. The kitchen invites you to cook, it is big, well stocked and offers a place for family and friends to participate or pull up a stool and visit. The house is set up to offer families plenty of space - and it is also easy to find a quiet corner to read a good book. Six - yes 6 - tvs and a great stock of DVD's and everyone has the opportunity to cuddle with a cozy blanket and watch a good movie. I love the private backyard - and the proximity to the bay is wonderful. Just a few steps and a perfect place for kids and dogs to race on the sand and play in the water. My three dogs were in HEAVEN. It is tough to find a beach rental that is so inviting to your doggies. It is perfect having the fenced backyard - my dogs had the best time ever. You can sit on the top terrace in the backyard with a glass of wine and watch the glorious sunsets. The neighborhood is peaceful. Quiet nights and comfy beds assure you of a good nights sleep. As you can tell, I feel this is a very special home - you feel welcome and comfortable. Large groups or just one or two will relax into this comfy house on the bay.

I am retired after more than 30 years in education and have lived in Lake Oswego for the past 30 years. I purchased this house in Lincoln City over 20 years ago and have enjoyed many times with my own family and friends over the years. The recent decision to convert the home into a vacation rental has proven a success and I just hope all my guests can enjoy the home as much as I have over the years.

A native Oregonian, I fell in love with the Oregon Coast at a young age and always imagined having a 2nd home of my own at the coast for my family to enjoy. This dream was realized back in 2000 and Lincoln City was the perfect location for us. A moderate sized coastal town has provided many activities for us over the years... and the south end of town, near the house, is as quiet as any one of the smaller towns on the coast. It's the best of both worlds.

The house is in a perfect location with water access, a great yard and a very 'cozy' feel. It is clean, updated and well decorated, and cozy warm. Minutes to grocery stores, Restaurants, Cinemas, the Salishan Resort, the famous 'Mo's'. Also, a new addition to the neighborhood in 2022 will the the Pelican Brewery, in walking distance from the house! You will feel like you're in the heart of the action one minute, and then in your own private retreat when you pull into the driveway. It has been our home-away-from-home over the past 20 years and I hope our guests feel the same way.
