Das Golfclubhaus befindet sich in der historischen Unterteilung von Gulf Hills und ist nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Dieses abgelegene Grundstück auf der Halbinsel ist von drei Seiten von Wasser umgeben und bietet Anglern und Wassersportlern eine Wasserfront von über 400 Metern. 3400 Quadratfuß Wohn- / Verandasitzbereich sind erhöht, um den optimalen Blick über das Wasser auf das Geschehen und Nachtleben von Biloxi zu ermöglichen, das weniger als 9 Minuten mit dem Auto (oder 5 Minuten mit dem Boot) entfernt ist. Elegant detaillierte Küchenschränke sind mit Granitoberflächen sowie dem Master Bath und dem 2nd Bath ausgestattet.

Dies ist der perfekte Ort für den Fischer. Wir haben eine neue Anlegestelle entlang unserer natürlichen Lebensraumhalbinsel (Lieblingsstelle für einheimische Fischer). Der Pier ist ausgestattet mit: 1000 Watt Angelscheinwerfer, Strom, Rutenhalter, Aufbewahrungsbox, Stühlen, Segelflugzeugen und Beistelltischen.

Awesome weekend!

My friends and I had a great time! The house is in such a good Location to take a short uber ride to the casino strip, or to downtown ocean springs. We had a nice crawfish boil in the downstairs area and soaked in the overall atmosphere. I can’t wait to rent again!

Memorable place to stay!

Family trip

Enjoyed a long weekend at this wonderful home! Great location and views! The dock was perfect for fishing. We caught red fish, flounder, and others from the dock. Also, the owner was very responsive and upfront about a slight issue they were having with the dryer which didn’t affect us during our stay. We appreciated their transparency and responsiveness. We are already planning to return here next year.

Favorite staycation spot

We are locals and repeat guests and love to stay here when we need to stay close to work and school but want a little getaway. The house has everything you need but we come for the back porch and pier. When I have trouble sleeping at night, I picture myself sitting in a rocking chair on that back porch, listening to the water. Thank you for everything every time!

Amazing views

Our first experience in Mississippi was less than ideal, but this house was absolutely amazing. Waking up and drinking coffee on the porch with the amazing views were the highlight of our entire trip. The host was very communicative and helpful as well!

Beautiful Home & Wonderful Location

This home is beautiful, located right on the water with a great view. The kitchen has absolutely anything you can need or want. All of the rooms are spacious, beutifully decorated just as the photos show. The wrap aaround porch is beautiful & we spent most mornings and evenings enjoying the breeze and the views. The dolphins in the evenings were so much fun to watch. The location is also perfect, and we were able to get to all activities easily.. The owners are very responsive and were very helpful in making recommendations as well. We wouuld definitely stay here again!

WONDERFUL STAY

Our experience was wonderful. The house was well appointed with comfy King size bedrooms ensuite. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans for cooking and baking. We were there for over 3 weeks and enjoyed a sunset most evenings while having drinks on the back porch. I would rent this property without hesitation.

Great home and location.

The house is beautiful and very well appointed. The owners are fantastic and very responsive. The location is wonderful with a great Bay view and lots of privacy. The dock is wonderful especially for fishing! I would definitely stay again.

Great getaway!

We loved our stay in Ocean Springs. We had fun shopping and eating downtown (Mosaic and Bluedog Bistro were awesome). Ship Island, Grand Bear golf course, and a guided fishing trip gave everyone something fun to do. The view from the house was gorgeous and the porch was so relaxing, especially at night. We had a great time and would definitely stay again!

Great Time

Our group had an outstanding stay. The property is just as described. We loved the privacy. The dock was a fun place to fish. We caught a couple of flounder and some small catfish. The house is very nice and the kitchen had everything we needed. There was a lot of room to spread out and sitting on the porch in the morning and evening was very nice. We would definitely book this property again.

Such a lovely place

This house is awesome! We booked it with family to enjoy Thanksgiving by the water. It has everything you can think of!!! extra soap, shampoo/conditioner, tp, paper towels and coffee. Well equipped kitchen and extra linens in closets. We enjoyed the beautiful views while just sitting in the kitchen/balcony, fishing off the dock and ping pong downstairs! The owner (Barbara) of the property is the sweetest!!

We are the Long siblings. Our parents bought this location in 1980. It was our "Fishing House" where all the family gatherings took place. After Katrina destroyed the original house, our mother rebuilt the southern plantation style
home. She was up in age at that point and living in Houston around family, so she decided she wanted to share her "Piece of Paradise" with others.

Our parents grew up in Mississippi and wanted a place on the water. The developer of this area kept this prime location for himself. It is the only location that has a natural habitat peninsula. The locals can be seen fishing this peninsula because it is a favorite spot for them.

Nature is all around! The views are amazing with the fish jumping, birds flying by and swooping down for food, dolphins going out to sea in the mornings, and boats coming and going.

The peacefulness is sublime. When you arrive on the property your tensions melt away. It is quiet and very calm. Yet a few minutes drive and there is all the action you could possibly want.
