gute Lage, günstig

Für Besuche in den verschiedenen Parks ideal, gute Lage. Grundsätzlich sauber, aber die Einrichtung ist z.T. ziemlich veraltet. Schlafzimmer und Badezimmer sind für 8 Personen passend. Im Wohnzimmer 1 Tisch für 4 Personen, für zusätzliche Personen musste der Gartentisch ins Wohnzimmer genommen werden. Kücheneinrichtung eher knapp für 8 Personen. Aber sehr günstiger Preis, Preis-Leistung i.O.

Very Disappointing

When we rent from VRBO, we expect a quality level similar to a hotel and to feel safe. The owner of this property maintains this property to a poor level of quality and defends the low level. I had to step on the king mattress to reach the ceiling fan cord to change the speed, the mattress crinkled under my feel like bubble wrap. All of the mattresses were bottom level quality. The towels were ratty and old. Not like the white towels shown in the photo. There was mold on the shower curtain which the owner said they replaced after we left. We did not feel safe in the unit. The sliding glass door did not have a security bar, some windows had broken locks, and window blinds were broken and a styrofoam sheet was placed between the blinds and the window to stop outsiders from seeing in. There was open food left in the cabinet from previous guest which we disposed of. The main gate to the community was broken (per the owner due to the hurricane) and we were not made aware of this situation. I had checked with the owner prior to arrival to make sure the property was not impacted by Hurricane Milton and he said there were no issues. Several people were freely walking onto the property for a very loud party. We stayed in the unit about 30 min and decided to leave at 11 pm and pivoted to a Marriott Vacation club property. Please be warned about this rental.

It’s was nice and affordable. Really the only complaint I have is the parking. Your vehicle can’t be very big. And if you stick out into the side walk you get in trouble. But everything else was nice.

Excellent except for AC issue which was fixed

The rental was very clean. It had a new roll of toilet tissue and a new bar of soap in each bathroom which was nice. There were extra towels and wash cloths in the closet down stairs which was also helpful because we were a group of six. The location was excellent. The rental is located near Walmart and many restaurants as well as close to the major theme parks. Check in procedure was easy and all codes worked ( door and gate code).My only complaint was that when we arrived at the unit it was 9:00 p.m. and the air conditioner was not working. The thermostat was blank and would not respond at all. My husband called Mark ( the property manager) and I Called Calvin. It was fixed the next morning while we were at Universal Studios. The rental has a washer and dryer which work well. The user just needs to remember the closet light needs to be on for the washer to work. One thing that should be fixed is the outlet plate in the bedroom with the twin beds. Only half of the plate is there which wasn’t a problem for us because we had a group of adults and teenagers but would be an issue for a family with small children. Once the air conditioner was fixed we enjoyed the rest of our stay.

Family Trip 2022

Getting in touch with the owner was easy he quickly responded. But the property Manager never responded for 2 days when I called and text him. The house was 💯 clean. The mattresses in all rooms were uncomfortable and needs updating. The TVs need updating in all rooms. The cable/WiFi reception was horrible except in the living room. My first time renting and u had to supply your own bathroom tissue, papertowels, and trash bags which wasn't a big deal but must places have a starter pack. I also thought it was tacky for the cleaning person to leave an envelope asking for tips when we have to pay a cleaning fee, never have seen that before. The area was close to everything. Definitely a good place to stay just beds n televisions was a downside for me.

Dificil check in pero hermoso lugar

La casa es linda, tiene excelente ubicación. Tiene lo básico para habitarla cómodamente, nunca funcionó la señal de tv del cuarto principal, ni la secadora de pelo. Tuvimos muchos problemas en el check in , pues el propietarios no habia enviado las instrucciones al correo, ni contestaba los mensajes al VRBO, y por teléfono entraba la grabadora; y no había forma de que ingresáramos sin esa información. En la noche pudimos contactarlo y su respuesta fue que estaba en sus días familiares y por eso se había desconectado. Recién en la noche envió las instrucciones y un núm de teléfono de un administrador ( al cual no se puede llamar porque nuestro celular no tiene salida a número extranjero y no contestaba por whatsapp). Creo que podría mejorar si mantuviera más contacto con sus.clientes.

Parks and Recreation

We needed a clean, safe place to sleep and wash. It's not always easy finding a comfortable place when traveling as 6. Condo was just what we were looking for. Condo is located just around the corner from grocery stores (Walmart, Target, Publix) and not too far from Disney or Universal. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying again in the future!

Worked perfectly for our vacation

We really enjoyed staying at the townhouse. We didnt have time to use any of the amenities such as pool or kids playground. It was quiet, easy to get in and out. We had 5 people in our party including a 3 yr old and 12 yr old. Plenty of space for all of us.

Place was nice.

Place was nice but we didn’t get the pdf file from the owner. Not sure if it was I deleted it or I didn’t receive it. Called the owner and he responded right away. The pdf explained everything that was needed to stay. The last night we stayed the air conditioning quit working and we emailed the owner and he responded right away. After going through a couple of possibilities the owner asked us to call the property manager. Left him a message and no response. All and all not a bad place to stay. Other than the air conditioner.

Reasonable price for a big family, close to Disney parks

The checkin process was well documented and we had a peaceful stay. Cooked breakfast and dinner at the townhouse. Pots and lids are not the same size, but we managed. No big deal.

Casa muito boa, pequenos detalhes a melhorar

Casa muito boa e espaçosa. Um móvel estava quebrado e após nossa ligação, já providenciaram a troca. Sugestões de melhorias: 1) mais talheres e panelas, forma de pizza. 2) algumas toalhas de banho são muito pequenas. 3) toalhas para piso Pequenos detalhes, mas a estadia foi maravilhosa para nossa família de 8 pessoas, sendo 3 crianças.
