We are thrilled to extend our complimentary pool heating service to our esteemed guests!

Our home is nestled in the heart of Kissimmee, a mere 6 miles from the Disney Theme Parks, renowned Outlets, and an array of exceptional Restaurants.

Our opulent single home showcases 6 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms, meticulously furnished and adorned with themed bedrooms, a captivating game room, and an inviting open floor plan.

The dining area is thoughtfully positioned adjacent to the open kitchen, seamlessly flowing into the expansive living area, which offers awe-inspiring views of the lanai, pool, and spa. The primary bedroom is conveniently situated on the first floor, while an additional five bedrooms await on the second floor. This generously proportioned home provides the perfect canvas for crafting unforgettable memories with your cherished ones.

Please note that the initial credit card information requested during the booking process is solely for website registration purposes. Welfare Vacation Homes will subsequently request your credit card details through our property management system for the actual payment. We have implemented a thorough three-step authorization process to ensure the utmost information security:

1. Submission of Reservation Agreement and Credit Card Information.
2. Submission of a Personal Portrait Holding the Credit Card and ID.
3. Electronic Signatures Verification.

Additionally, we are delighted to offer our valued guests the option of installment payments. The availability of this installment option is determined by the number of full months between the booking and check-in dates.

To receive a refund, any reservation cancellations must be made at least 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival or in the event of a no-show will not qualify for a refund. However, cancellations made at least 30 days in advance will incur only a 4.5% transaction fee. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed on the originally scheduled check-in date.

If you choose to complete your reservation and make the payment via wire transfer or Zelle, you will not be required to pay the 4.5% cancellation fee.

Parking Area: Our property provides parking space for up to 2 cars at no extra cost.

A Pack & Play and a High Chair will be available if you request one day before your arrival.

For the best convenience of our guests, we provide basic supplies such as shampoo, conditioner, soap, and essential kitchen items like salt, sugar, and pepper for the first days of the stay.

Early check-in or late checkout may be available for an extra charge if the property schedule permits it.

BBQ Grill has an additional cost of $50 for use during the reservation.

Please note that our valued guests do not have access to the Encore Resort Clubhouse.

For the safety and security of our guests, our vacation homes are equipped with exterior surveillance cameras strategically placed on the front porch and sides of the property.
