Enjoy the coastal theming, the two beautiful balconies perfect for that morning coffee, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, an amazing well-equipped kitchen, large dining room table, washer and dryer in unit, and we can’t forget the beautiful beams and high ceiling in the family and dining room. You will have plenty to keep you and your family entertained at the Seascapes Resort. Seascapes offers 5 different pools, and we are lucky that one of those pools is just a couple steps out the front door of the condo. Seascapes also provides a dedicated beach for its guests with private beach parking lot, pickleball and tennis courts, a basketball court, private lake for catch and release fishing, and even a golf course. Seascapes Driftwood Bay 40C is also walking distance to the walking and biking trails on the Scenic Hwy 98 where you will find coffee shops, restaurants, ice cream shops, and beach shops. All tv's are smart tvs so you can log in to all your favorites like Netflix, Hulu, Disney + to name a few.

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the onsite community pool for The Seascape Tennis Village community pool is typically heated November - March 1st, while the Seascape Boardwalk community pool is typically heated October - April
