The lower level of the house features an open floor plan that allows for seamless front-to-back views of the home. Step into the spacious living room, adorned with hardwood floors and accent walls made of European, brick, and wood, adding a touch of character to the space.

The modern Chef's kitchen boasts granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and abundant pull-out cabinets and counter space. We have provided all the necessary pots, pans, utensils, and plates for your convenience.

Adjacent to the kitchen, you'll find a fabulous deck with outdoor seating and a fireplace (fireplace; available in fall & winter season), offering a delightful outdoor retreat away from the elements. And a dedicated work space situated next to the kitchen

On the second floor, you'll discover two bedrooms, (King, & Queen beds) each with its own private attached bath, equipped with blackout curtains, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The first queen bedroom features a second private deck, perfect for enjoying some fresh air

Heading down to the basement, you'll find another bedroom with a private full bath, and a closet. In the corridor, there's a utility room housing a washer, dryer, and iron/steamer, cleaning supplies.

To keep you connected, we provide 1.2 GB internet speed throughout the house, with the assistance of pod extenders. For added security, there's a ring security system and motion detectors in place. Additionally, each bedroom is equipped with a private Alexa device, making your daily routines more convenient.
