Villa Utopic is a 5-bedroom villa located in Corossol within a 5-minute drive from Corossol Beach and shopping, and a 10-minute drive from town. This newly-built house enjoys stunning views of Corossol Beach and Gustavia Harbor.

Natural stone gives the house a unique design. The spacious indoor living area features incredible artwork and ample seating areas. The living area with glass walls can be closed off and air-conditioned, or opened to the enormous pool terrace. The indoor dining room features colorful seating, while the gourmet kitchen with wooden cabinetry and sleek marble countertops opens to the view.
