Villa Lo D'Amour is a 3-bedroom beach cottage located on Marigot Beach and minutes from shopping. This beachfront villa is shaded by palm trees and offers magnificent views of Marigot Bay. The villa is beautifully maintained and modern. A breakfast bar separates the living and kitchen areas, which open to each other. While this space can be air conditioned, all doors have screens for natural air conditioning. The master bedroom, which is located upstairs from the living room, has its own balcony with view, a king-size bed, small dressing area and ensuite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom is located on the main level with access from the living room and the outside. This bedroom has a dressing area, bathroom with shower and twin beds, which can be made into a queen-size bed upon request. The third, smaller bedroom, located on the main level in a separate bungalow with access only from the outside and has a queen-size bed and bathroom with shower. From the living room, 3 terraces lead to the beach with one terrace right on the water. Since the villa is located on the far end of the beach, this spot offers plenty of privacy for sunbathing, reading in the shade, or snorkeling in the marine protected Marigot Bay. The villa's owner is also a local fisherman, who will deliver lobster and fish upon request. During the December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used. This villa is suitable for young children.
