Life within walking distance in the center of Uvita, including walking to the beach, great restaurants, supermarkets, Maxi Pali multipurpose store, gas station, etc. You’ll have your own plunge pool and small tropical garden to chill and relax with a refreshment before or after a day of adventures. Total Comfort Near Beach

We stayed five days and found the listing exceeded all our expectations. The location was super convenient, the host accessible and helpful, and the plunge pool a delight. We enjoyed watching all the colorful birds bustling about, as well.

Excellent stay in Uvita

I loved the house. It had everything we needed. Lots of towels, bedding and supplies. The outdoor washer and dryer were so appreciated. We enjoyed the plunge pool and the outdoor space. I walked the Whales’s Tail every morning. Great location. Groceries and restaurants close by. Excellent!

Everything we needed and more

This stay was exactly as advertised. We were a party of two and had plenty of space. The kitchen was sufficiently equipped that we could make food from the grocery store up the road and was perfectly placed with several restaurants within walking distance. Property management was more than accomidating when our arrival time was completely de-railed due to accidents and road work.

Beautiful Beach Bungalow

This was an amazing location- perfectly situated near the beach, grocery store, and restaurants. It was the perfect size for our family of 2 boys and 2 adults. Our rental was wonderful. The home was exactly as represented in the description. The owners supplied all of the necessary supplies (towels, soaps, coffee, etc). The location was perfect. Walking distance to beach, stores, and restaurants. We could sit on the quaint patio and watch the wildlife. I would highly recommend this property. We had a wonderful stay in Uvita. The owner helped us book tours and gave us great information on restaurants.

Excellent stay, for 2 people

My wife and I really loved our time here. It was our second trip to CR, first one to Uvita.The location was perfect for us. With a couple restaurants and a supermarket within a 2-5 minute walk it made cooking at home easy. The place is very clean with excellent communication and advice. My only wonder is if there was 4 adults staying there might be a storage issue for clothing as there isn’t really anywhere to put away or even to have a suitcase on the ground without it being in the way. The convenience of the washing machine was a very nice touch. But the best part of the house for us was the plunge pool. We needed to cool down a few times and it was perfect!!!!

Unbelievable location!

We wish we would have spent our entire vacation here! Most beautiful beach with macaw’s flying as you surf or play on the beach (only a 5-10 min walk), grocery store a 2 minute walk away. This is not to mention the amazing property - the best stocked kitchen we have seen for a rental property - So clean - Well stocked with abundant towels etc - A true gem!!! Thank you for hosting!!!

Well-appointed, nice location, helpful host

We really enjoyed this sweet little house in Uvita. It's new construction so everything was clean and well-thought out. We loved having the pool in the backyard to cool off in. And enjoyed having coffee in the yard in the mornings and watching the macaws fly into the trees above us. The Mexican restaurant next door was fantastic and we enjoyed the quick walk to the beach and the proximity to so many other beautiful beaches. It's a quick drive to Domincal which was a great place to visit, we particularly enjoyed Fuego, the local brewery and coffee roaster. Overall, we had a fantastic stay in Uvita and this rental was great.

Wonderful Property

We loved our stay in Uvita. Two restaurants and a grocery store are less than 2min walk from the house. We stayed in late December. There are many great restaurants/cafes within 10-15min walk. There was construction going on not too far away (common for offseason travel) but after check in our property manager went over to talk with them and we didn't hear any noise during the rest of our stay. The beach at the end of the road is absolutely beautiful but it is also part of the national park and costs ~$6-7 (USD) daily per person.

Perfect !

We loved this house. It was fully stocked with all dishes and cookware! The washer and dryer was so handy to have. The beds were comfortable and the whole area so nice and clean. The shower was amazing and the pool we enjoyed having and the outside shower for rinsing shoes and chairs. The near beach is lovely and the restaurant next door had great food options! We would definitely stay there again. The communication was perfect with the property manager. We have stayed in several houses in the area this year and this house was the best stocked and most welcoming! We felt completely at home. Pura Vida
