Die Aussicht ist perfekt. Die Wand der Fenster wird Ihnen ein Bild perfekten Blick auf den weißen Sandstrand und Golf nie enden. Auf der Lagune Seite, sicher sein, nur wenige Gehminuten von der Wohnung die glühenden Sonnenuntergänge und endlose Fischerei vor der Öffentlichkeit Pier, alle sich zu genießen. Wenn der Tag vorüber ist, vergessen Sie nicht, zurück zu sitzen und auf Ihrem eigenen Balkon nach einem Tag voller Spaß in der Sonne entspannen. Sie müssen sich ein oder zwei Mal kneifen zu wissen, dass Ihr Urlaub ein Traum wahr geworden ist.

Das Wohnzimmer und das Esszimmer öffnen sich zur Granitarbeitsküche. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über zwei große Leder sectionals, ein 55 "TV, Blue Ray DVD-Player, Lautsprechersystem aux Kabel mit Pandora und kostenloses WLAN. Der Speisesaal bietet Platz für 6 und eine Küche Zähler, der eine zusätzliche 4 Sitze. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit einem Kühlschrank mit Eismaschine, einem Herd, einem Backofen, einer Kaffeemaschine, einem Toaster, einem Mixer, Gläsern, Geschirr und Töpfen / Pfannen.

Diese Wohnung verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer und 2 ½ Bäder mit Betten 6 Personen. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett. Das zweite Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Queen-Size-Bett und eine Reihe von Etagenbetten. Jedes Zimmer verfügt über einen TV und ein eigenes Bad. Die privaten Badezimmer verfügen über eine Badewanne / Dusche, Granit Zähler nach oben mit einem Doppel-Waschtisch und frische weiße Handtücher.

Für Ihren Komfort verfügt die Wohnung über eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner, ein Bügeleisen, ein Bügelbrett, einen Hochleistungs-Strandwagen und einen Rollwagen.

Diese 1236 sq. Ft. Wohnung ist ca. 2. 5 Meilen von der I-59 auf West Beach Blvd. (Der Hangout). Sanibel bietet einen Pool, ein Babybecken, ein Fitnessbereich mit Sauna und Grillplatz in der Nähe des Außendusche befindet.

In und um Gulf Shores gibt es viele Aktivitäten: gechartertes Angeln, Jet-Ski, Kajakfahren, Tauchen & Schnorcheln, Kreuzfahrten mit Delfinen, Wasserpark, Flugtouren, Minigolf, Zoo, Kinos, das Einkaufszentrum Tanger Outlet (beladen mit viele Markenshops, The Wharf (besuchen Sie ein Konzert, Fachgeschäfte, Eisdielen, Restaurants) und vieles mehr!

Im Großraum Gulf Shores finden während des ganzen Jahres zahlreiche Festivals statt: das Baldwin County Strawberry Festival (April), das Hangout Music Festival (Mai), das Shrimp Festival (Oktober) und viele mehr. Perfect for our small family!

This was our first family beach trip with our two littles (2 and 4). The property is exactly as listed! Anything you can possibly think of kitchen wise, the condo has it. All cookware as well as a blender, coffee pot, electric griddle, even a homemade ice cream maker! Our 4 year old slept on the bottom bunk and our two year old slept on the queen bed. She’s used to a floor bed at home, but there were SO MANY pillows in the condo, we were able to tuck them under the sheets around her to prevent rolling off the bed, and she did totally fine! You do have to cross the street to get to the beach access point, but it is a super easy walk down the street and has a crosswalk. We arrived the Wednesday before Labor Day weekend (and were even able to check in at 1pm..which Alexandra made sure to call me and confirm that I saw her early check-in approval the night before!) and were basically the only people on the beach Wednesday and Thursday. Friday-Sunday definitely got busier, but if you’re okay with walking down the beach just a little bit, there is still plenty of space to be away from the crowd if that’s more your speed. You’re minutes away from a few smaller eating joints (we had ice cream at Waves and it was great!), as well as a couple more minutes away from all the main restaurants (Hangout, Original Oyster House, etc.) I would absolutely recommend this location and specifically this unit for anyone traveling with a smaller family!

This was the best condo we've stayed in at Gulf Shores. The location, proximity to the beach, cleanliness, security on site, description, everything about it was amazing! And, the view is absolutely breathtaking! Traveling 12 hrs with four small children makes for a long day and once we arrive after picking up our Walmart grocery pick up, we had everything we needed. We hope she will allow us to stay next summer. Blessings from TX to Mr. & Mrs. Vera.

Ideal for Relaxation

We loved this property! It was clean and comfortable, and the view was amazing!! We spent so much time on the patio, which was shaded all day long (in June) and a perfect retreat to be in the shade and still enjoy the ocean view and sounds. The beach was across the street, a brief walk away (less than 5 minutes) and was easily accessible via a well marked crosswalk. The host is very detail oriented, and her instructions were complete and easy to follow. The property was well supplied with kitchen utensils, pots, pan, and dishes, and we had everything we needed. We found everything very comfortable and felt at home almost immediately. If we ever get the chance to go back to Gulf Shores, this will be our first choice to stay. We absolutely loved it!!!

Best spot in Gulf Shores!

This was our third consecutive spring break in the Gulf Shores/Orange Beach area, and while preferences certainly vary, I'd be hard pressed to reccomend somewhere else to stay. First off, if you don't want to be right in the middle of the crowds, but still have fantastic beach access, a great pool, amazing views of the gulf, and even great access to the lagoon behind, this is the place. The beach is across the street, and, as Sanibel is the only high rise in close proximity, it's a very large stretch of beautiful white sand beach with shallow water that was definitely not over-crowded. When you work hard and count the days until vacation, then do a two-day drive, and you walk into this condo to be greeted by a panorama of glass that puts the Gulf of Mexico on full display like something out of a movie, you can't help but heave a huge sigh that says "this is what vacation is all about". The balcony is BIG, with a bunch of adirondack chairs. The living room/dining area combines COMFORT with plenty of seats, and that was perfect, as we had two families traveling together in two different condos in the same building, so we could do game night, movie night, etc. and have plenty of room for 9 of us. The condo was perfectly stocked with everything we needed, and the place was clean as a whistle and painted to make you feel like you're at the beach, which is kind of the point. Alex is just a joy of a person, and will keep you informed of anything you need to be. In a word - AWESOME!

Best family vacation

This was the best vacation yet for my family. The condo was amazing. It had everything we needed to cook. It had enough comfortable chairs on the patio overlooking the ocean. It was perfect. I suggest this condo to anyone where there’s going to be at least six people sleeping so comfortable Huge table. We played games at night. It was the perfect vacation.

Perfect location

We were in town for a softball tournament and the location was perfect for games, beach fun, and the pool was perfect for days we didn’t want/have time for sand. The beds are comfy and the kitchen very well stocked. Everything is exactly as pictured! Thanks for a lovely stay!!
