Dies ist ein 1566 m² großes Haus mit großen Zimmern. Es liegt zentral zum Acadia National Park, den anderen Inselstädten und zum Bar Harbor. Es gibt 2 Schlafzimmer und ein Vollbad mit Whirlpool im Obergeschoss und eine große offene Küche / Wohnbereich und Vollbad im Erdgeschoss. Granitfensterbänke sind wunderschön. Wir bieten alles, was Sie brauchen - alles Kochgeschirr, Geschirr, Bettwäsche usw. Mikrowelle, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, Waschmaschine und Trockner. Es gibt Kabel-TV, Telefone und WiFi. This property suited our needs for our 6 night stay and visit to Acadia NP and the surrounding area. It's really well furnished with everything you would need. We would definitely stay again if we are ever back in the area.

Cozy, comfortable, and clean house nicely located to get to any destination on Mount Desert Island. Host made things convenient and easy for check-in. Any items we felt we needed were provided (dish soap, sponge, towels, tp, etc). I would certainly choose to stay again for any follow up trip to Maine.

Spacious, clean home with literally everything we needed! The furnishings have been updated from the pics on website. We mentioned to Janice that the back door lock didn't latch properly and she took care of it right away. Would stay here again!

Great stay

This was our second time staying in Janice's house. It is spacious, clean and comfortable, and Janice is a great host. The location is perfect for getting to the Hulls Cove Visitor Center for hiking and Bar Harbor for shopping and dining. I hope we'll be able to return for a third visit!

Quiet, comfortable getaway

Good central location to explore both sides of Mount Desert Island and Acadia National Park. House had plenty of room and all supplies we needed. A nice quiet place to stay away from the hustle and bustle of Bar Harbor.

What a Gem

We loved our stay in in Janice's lovely cottage. It is even nicer than described. It also has a small private deck , of which don't believe is in the description. The cottage is very roomy and immediately feels like home .It's very convenient to Bar Harbor and most Acadia entrances. There is a great brewery that has tasty BBQ about one mile away. Also a cute market and a good pizza shop close by.I can't wait to come back!!

Comfortable, spacious, homelike

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this comfortable and spacious property. A lot of thought has gone into providing all of the things you need to make your stay convenient. I was especially happy with the variety and quality of the kitchen equipment. It made cooking easy. Note that our stay was 5 weeks, and we could have been happy to stay longer. The location is convenient, and there is a great pizza place very close by.

Great house in ideal location

We just spent a wonderful week at this property. As other reviewers have noted, the house is very spacious, clean and comfortable. Even more important, its location is ideal--about 10-12 minutes from the Hulls Cove Visitors Center if you want to get info or hop on a bus to a hiking trailhead; about 15 minutes to Bar Harbor, less to S.W. Harbor or N.E. Harbor. Janice, the owner, is extremely responsive. We already booked for next year, so that says it all!

Home from home

When you walk in the front door, this property feels like home. This home is perfect for 2 couples or a small family traveling together and is located in an ideal location from Bar Harbor. Property was in a perfect location for easy access to all the Mount Desert Island attractions, especially Acadia National Park entrance. The house was very comfortable, kitchen very well equipped and in a pretty country location. It was so quiet at night I got the best sleep I’ve had in weeks. Beds very comfortable and bathrooms very spacious. Owners responded immediately when we had a minor issue. I’ll stay there again if we ever go back to Acadia.

Perfect location!

We loved the location! We like to get up early for sunrise and hikes, go back to the property for some rest and lunch, then back out again. We were so close to everything in Acadia, it was easy to relax here between events. We cooked some meals ourselves, but we were also close to takeout places. It was so spacious for just the two of us, but it was much more affordable than smaller places further away. A great stay!

Great location, close to Acadia and Bar Harbor

This house is in a great location to explore Acadia and Bar Harbor. Just minutes to one of the park's entrances and 15 min to Bar Harbor. There is plenty of comfortable seating in the living room, and the kitchen was well supplied. We really enjoyed our week in Bar Harbor!
