Quiet Condo Close to Airport, Downtown, & Scottsdale - Walk to Restaurants

Welcome to Calliope Condo, a clean, bright, comfortable space in a quiet courtyard condo complex located in Arcadia, a vibrant part of Phoenix. The space includes fast Wi-Fi to facilitate your work (500Mbps), or just relax by streaming your favorite shows and movies. There is also a private, shaded patio and a shared courtyard so you can enjoy the beautiful weather.

Centrally located, the condo is in one of the most desirable locations in Phoenix. It provides easy access to the airport, the downtown convention center, Old Town Scottsdale, the Biltmore, Arizona State University, the Roosevelt Arts District, Cardinals and Suns stadiums, the Waste Management Open, and spring training stadiums and golf courses throughout the Valley. It is also within a 10–15-minute drive of several world-class shopping destinations (the Biltmore shopping area, Scottsdale Fashion Square), is close to several hiking trails, and is surrounded by dozens of amazing local restaurants. You can get around easily on foot or via a short drive or ride share.

The entire condo is yours to use. You’ll have everything you need all to yourself. Notable amenities include an in-unit washer and dryer, fully stocked kitchen, extra linens and towels, Roku, free parking, and pool access.

We follow VRBO’s enhanced cleaning guidelines to meticulously clean and disinfect the condo after each stay, with particular attention paid to high-touch surfaces. We also provide a variety of cleaning and disinfecting products for you to use during your stay.

THE FEEL

The space is comfortable and calming, with large windows that bring in abundant natural light and an open floor plan that encourages indoor-outdoor living. At 650 square feet it’s a cozy retreat in the middle of the city with all the amenities you’ll need for your stay.

KITCHEN AND DINING

The condo has a full kitchen with a full-size refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and dishwasher. Heat up your leftovers from a nearby restaurant or cook your own meals – everything you need is here, including herbs and spices. The adjacent dining area has seating for four.

LIVING ROOM

Floor to ceiling windows flood this space with natural light and afford a view of the shared courtyard. The windows also have blinds for privacy. Feel free to sign into your Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+ or other streaming accounts using the provided Roku.

BATHROOM

The bathroom is clean and bright, with high quality towels and wash cloths. There is also a stacked washer and dryer for your use.

BEDROOM

The bedroom is peaceful and relaxing with a comfortable king-size bed. There is also enough room to set up the provided pack and play or small toddler bed to make this your family’s home away from home.

POOL

The large community pool is available for you to use during your stay. Please note that the pool is not heated and the water may be chilly during the fall and winter months.

IMPACT

At Calliope Condo we do our best to reduce or eliminate single-use plastic and products with plastic packaging. You'll find a variety of earth-conscious items for you to use during your stay.
