Located in the HEART of Gulf Shores, you are walking distance to many restaurants, a grocery market and near the Gulf State Park. Our condo is perfect for a romantic escape, family vacation, couples getaway, a solo retreat, team competition or any time your soul needs to be refreshed.

Our San Carlos 2BR/2BA condo is located on the 15th floor and has FANTASTIC views of the fabulous, white sandy BEACHES on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Come on down, you'll love our beaches and the condo. Bring your flip flops!

You'll enjoy this spacious (1224 sq. ft.) condo that is beautifully decorated and includes granite countertops, crown molding, wet bar, jetted garden tub, ceramic tile floors, flat-screen televisions, and high-speed internet access. (Business Center on 3rd offers printers/computers.)

The huge balcony with ENDLESS VIEWS is accessible from the living room or the primary bedroom and overlooks the emerald waters and the sugar-soft beaches which are right outside your door! Plus you'll find a beautiful zero entry pool with chaise lounges, an updated exercise room featuring weights, treadmills, bikes and ellipticals), a state-of-the-art business center, sauna and more.

Imagine enjoying COASTAL VIEWS from the floor to ceiling windows and feeling the refreshing Gulf breeze while the sound of the WAVES lulls you into the ultimate state of happiness and relaxation!

The primary bedroom also has floor to ceiling windows which overlook the Gulf and it offers a TV, ceiling fan, king sized bed, tile floors, walk in closet and an ensuite bathroom with tiled walk-in shower and multi-function shower head and a garden, whirlpool tub. The guest bedroom has a TV, king sized bed and attached full bath with a tiled walk-in shower.

Other amenities include a fully stocked kitchen, full size washer and dryer, towels and linens and an expansive balcony that you won't want to leave. (Watch dolphins play or pelicans fly by!) There are two Adirondack chairs, two rockers and a pub style dining table for four to enjoy al fresco dining, a card game or snacks.

The zero entry pool is sparking clean and offers a nice sloped entry for the wee ones. Grab a book and relax in one of the chaise lounges or take a dip to cool off. There are showers on the boardwalk so you can remove all the sand from your feet and beach toys.

Best of all is the beach! You'll enjoy the clean beach, soft sand and the sound of the surf. San Carlos hires Sun Coast to provide a beach service for our guests. You may reserve them ahead of time online or do so upon arrival; a set includes two loungers and an umbrella. There is also tons of fun for older kids and adults...right next to our beach where you can let loose and rent a banana boat, jet skis or go parasailing!

Our condo is centrally located and is within walking distance to the popular beach restaurants: Pink Pony, Sea and Suds, Foodcraft/Perch and The Hangout - which you can reach by walking on the sidewalks or get your toes wet and walk up the beach for a bite to eat or refreshing drinks. Also in walking distance is the Pancake House, an iconic Waffle House, The Market (groceries) and souvenir shops. The popular Gulf State Park is nearby and offers biking and hiking routes, educational venues, bird watching, Woodhouse restaurant and last but not least, the public PIER where you can rent fishing poles or just walk out to enjoy the view (admission fee $3). There is a small cafe/bar on the pier too. Update: The Pier is under repair from Hurricane Sally damage.

Hop in the car to enjoy all of the fun attractions nearby: world-class golf, dolphin cruises, go-karts, mini-golf, shopping, water parks, pickleball courts, Fort Morgan historical site, Gulf Shores Zoo and oh so much more!

PARKING - Effective January 1, 2023, our condo association made a change to parking fees and procedures. Parking will be $50 per stay, up to 14 days, and must be purchased by the guest from at the 3rd Floor welcome area. Please place the parking pass in your car upon arrival. Thanks!
