THE PROPERTY

This one-bed, one-bath condo comfortably sleeps 4 guests. You'll find a comfortable bedroom with a queen bed, a full bathroom with ample space for the group, a fully equipped kitchen, and a living area with a pull-out sofa bed.

Enjoy gorgeous views from the living room balcony or relax in front of the wood-burning fireplace. When you're ready for some off-slope entertainment relax and stream your favorite shows on the large flat screen with cable and easy access to login to your favorite streaming services. Looking to wind down in bed, no worries as the bedroom is also equipped with a flat screen tv for your enjoyment.

THE LOCATION

Park City is a prime destination for all avid skiers and snowboarders. Walk to the slopes of Park City Mountain, which connects to Iron Mountain, Deer Valley Resort, Bald Eagle Mountain, and Bald Mountain.

Explore the town of Park City from right outside the condo's doors. Park City's famous Main St. as well as numerous supermarkets, bars, restaurants, and shopping are all within walking distance or easily accessed on the free transit system. With this condo's great location, we suggest skipping the car during the winter season, located right on the free bus route, it's easy to get from place to place and avoid all the traffic and parking frustrations. Should you decide to bring a vehicle this property provides free parking for one vehicle.

If you're traveling during summer, the area offers mountain biking, hiking, alpine slides, zipline tours, and so much more.

The Sundance Film Festival is the largest independent film festival and actively advances the work of independent storytellers in film and theater. Many of the venues for the festival will be within walking distance!

We are delighted to provide you with the following amenities and guidelines for a seamless and enjoyable experience-

🏊🏻‍♀️ POOL and HOT TUB SEASON and HOURS:

SPRING: The pool and spa will close for spring when PCMR closes in April until Memorial weekend.
SUMMER: The pool and spa are open from Memorial weekend to September 30, from 10 am to 10 pm.
FALL: The pool and spa close from October 1 – the start of the ski season.
SKI SEASON: The pool and spa are open from 4 pm to 10 pm during ski season.

☀️ Summer Stay Information - There is no central air conditioning in this unit. There are floor and table top fans. These accessories help keep the unit cool but it can become warm during hot summer days.

🚨Stairs Required-
This unit requires the ability to climb stairs. We are located on the third floor and there is no elevator.

Family-Friendly Services:

🍼 Infant and toddler pack-n-play, high chair, and other infant and toddler items are available for a small charge per stay. Please let us know in advance and we can provide a list of available accessories and pricing.

Please Note - This unit requires the ability to climb stairs. We are located on the second floor and there is no elevator. Guests will be required to sign a rental agreement, provide a copy of their government-issued ID that matches the name on the reservation and the credit card used for booking, and provide a credit card for damage deposit authorization in order to confirm their reservation.
