Welcome to your cozy retreat, hosted by Rent It Like A Saint! This charming and pet-friendly home is perfect for travelers bringing along their feline friends or small dogs. While the property does not feature a fenced yard, it offers a comfortable and welcoming space designed with your pets in mind. Inside, you’ll find modern amenities, high-speed Wi-Fi, and updated appliances to make your stay as enjoyable and convenient as possible. Located near Lake Charles' top attractions, restaurants, and local conveniences, this home provides the perfect blend of comfort and accessibility.
A $200 fee covers up to two pets per stay. Additional pets may require approval and an extra charge.
To ensure a great stay for everyone, please follow these pet rules:
1. No pets on furniture or beds, indoors or outdoors.
2. When unattended, pets must be crated or kept in the provided pet gate.
3. Clean up waste daily. Please dispose of it properly.
4. Use only designated dog towels for wiping paws.

Damage Waiver Policy:
* Instead of a high dollar refundable deposit, Rent It Like A Saint collects a $41 nonrefundable damage waiver fee per reservation, valid for one month. Additional waivers will be required for stays longer than one month.
* Located in a quiet and secluded residential neighborhood.
* This home does have Well water and is on an entire house filter.
* Respect for property and neighbors is expected from guests.
* The driveway is a dirt/sandy road; caution is advised for vehicles and speed when arriving.
* Potential wildlife encounters in Southwest Louisiana, include raccoons, turtles, snakes, deer, skunks, mice, spiders, bees,
wasps, crickets, ants, and various bird species.
* The small private boat launch is available in the neighborhood (not on the property) for guest use.
* Guests were prohibited from accessing 2 outbuildings and the end of the peninsula.
* Swimming is not permitted.
* Please keep in mind that prices are subject to change due to availability.
* Smoking/Vaping Inside: $250 per day smoking fine for entire reservation, Guest agrees to be responsible for and and all cleaning and odor removal. In addition, guests agree to pay a nightly rate of $125.00 per night while the property for each night property is not able to be listed on platforms. Only proof required will be verification from the cleaner since odor can not be proved.
