The space
A great escape right in the middle of Tahoe Donner and all its four-season fun. The perfect cozy mountain cabin. Not too big and not too small. There is a fantastic sunroom in front of the living room to enjoy the mountain views and this provides a little getaway from the open great room where you can close the door and take a break (or work if you must). The bedrooms have new mattresses, soft bedding, and blankets.

The kitchen is well equipped with a variety of pots & pans, a coffee maker, and a french press.

It is our home away from home and we have furnished it with love. We look forward to hosting you.

Guest access
Easy access to trails and Tahoe Donner amenities and lots of off-street parking. You will have access to the entire house.

Other things to note
The Gas Stove is the main source of heat and is situated in the middle of the living room area. It is an excellent source of heat and does get hot, so pets and children need to be aware and careful to not touch it or be pushed into it. We have a child gate to surround the furnace available to assemble in the loft closet.

There are portable thermostat-controlled electric heaters that can be used in both back bedrooms for added warmth in the cold winter months. Stored in the loft closet in warmer months.

It's a true cabin and the back bedrooms and sunroom get chilly in the winter. Blankets available!
The sunroom and loft get hot in the summer and can be closed off from the house to keep it cooler.

For stays that are two weeks or more, there is a weekly cleaning fee for every week beyond the first two of $225. for our cleaning service to clean and it will be arranged at our mutual convenience.
