Welcome into Magnolia Pointe 4887-103- located at Myrtlewood Golf Resort in the heart of Myrtle Beach, SC. This two-bedroom, two-bathroom, first floor Myrtle Beach condo has incredible views of the lake from the patio!

As you make your way into this beautiful unit - you will first see how spacious it is! With the oversized kitchen, large dining area, and comfortable living room The living space area has a large flat-screen television and a comfortable seating area. The kitchen here is fully functional and stocked with all of the necessary utensils, cutlery, and appliances.

The primary bedroom comes with a king-size bed, a private bathroom, and flat-screen television. In the second bedroom, there are two twin-size beds with an attached second bathroom. In the second bathroom, there is a stand-up shower. You will find it all at your beautiful Myrtle Beach condo at Magnolia Pointe.

While staying at Magnolia Pointe, you will have access to many wonderful amenities. There are on-site pool/lounging areas, barbecue spots, walking trails, free Wi-Fi, and private parking areas. Magnolia Pointe is an established community that was built in Myrtle Beach eighteen years ago.

The Magnolia Pointe complex is in the Myrtlewood Golf community just off of 48th Avenue North in Myrtle Beach. Many popular attractions and restaurants are within a ten-minute drive. Broadway at the Beach - known for its shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, and kid-friendly areas - is just five minutes away!

A wonderful stay

This property was fantastic! It was very quiet and relaxing and we had a great view of a fountain from our screened in patio for our morning coffee and breakfast. Beds were comfortable. The property had everything we needed! Would definitely stay here again! Owner was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Thank you for providing your beautiful place! 8)

Labor Day Week Myrtle Beach

First impression of condo was VERY nice! Everything very clean and beautifully furnished. We did notice a minor problem with the towel rack in the bathroom and the light in the shower. There were a couple (dying) palmetto bugs in the kitchen but it was obvious the condo had been sprayed and it was also sprayed during our stay. On the whole it is a very nice place!

Quick family trip

The property was easy to get to and located right in the middle of all the places we wanted to go. Check in was seamless, parking right out front, and exactly as pictured. Communication was within minutes every time! Bathrooms were clean, kitchen was great, furniture was comfortable. The primary bedroom and screened in patio look out on a little pond, feels more private than other places. There is a dehumidifier that runs 24/7, and is definitely needed! Overall a great stay!

Long weekend getaway

Family from Seatle were visiting at their time share and we needed a place to stay. Location on this property is great. Not far from the beach or all the hot spots but far enough so we didn't have to deal with all the crowds either, a good balance. Exactly as pictured and described in the listing. Easy communication with owner. Would book this property again if we need to be in the area.

Great Stay

We had a wonderful stay! We were there for 7 nights and it was perfect the whole time. It was very clean. Doug was incredible to work with. He answered me immediately every single time I had a question. It was my first time using vrbo so I was apprehensive and asked more than I normally would . The King bed was very comfortable and the apartment had everything we needed.

I come to MB every memorial weekend to play golf with a big group of friends. We used to stay in the Myrtlewood condos but felt they weren’t keeping them clean enough so we moved around the last few years. We decided to go back and when I booked this property I was expecting the worse. To my surprise it was very clean,smelled good,great location. I was very pleased and hoping I can book the same place next year.

Quick weekend getaway

Came into town for my granddaughters volleyball tournament. We picked this property because of the reviews. The reviews weren’t lying. The unit was very clean and comfortable. Communications with the property manager were very quick and easy. Check in was easy and our stay was pleasant. If I were coming in town for a quick getaway or staying longer I’d stay here again without hesitation.

Outstanding stay

Everything was perfect when we arrived and the location was amazing in relation to the beach, shopping and night life. I’ve been to Myrtle Beach every year and sometimes twice a year for the past 26 years and I would recommend this host to anyone.
