Welcome to Anaëlle home, located in Villas, NJ of Cape May County. The Villas is one of New Jersey's best kept secrets. If you are looking for a cozy, adorable, furnished home, this one is for you!
We are centrally located between Cape May, Wildwood, and Stone Harbor with only a 15-minute drive to each town.
We provide most necessities with a hot tub that is working year-round. A 10-minute walking distance from the beaches of the Delaware Bay and watch the gorgeous sunset every night!

THE SPACE
Our newly renovated 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath home has a huge private backyard perfect for morning coffee, happy hour, and evening cookouts on the grill.
The first bedroom can accommodate 2 guests (queen-sized bed). It has a dresser and a closet.
The second bedroom can accommodate 3 guests. The bunk bed has a twin-sized mattress on top and full-sized mattress on the bottom. It has a closet and a hotel-style luggage rack with shelf.
There are enough linens for each bed and extra pillows and blankets are provided.

The living room has a leather sofa which can be folded down into a twin-sized bed if needed. The 40-inch Smart TV comes with guest Roku. The house is cooled by Central Air Conditioning or heated by Central Heater.

The kitchen comes equipped with all the appliances needed for cooking as well as utensils, pots, pans, and baking sheets. The breakfast bar seats 2 guests. Refrigerator/ice maker, gas stove, dishwasher, blender, mixer, and Keurig coffee maker (we provide dark, medium and light roasts, sugar and coffee cream) and Early Grey teas provided.

Washer dryer is in the laundry closet. Iron and ironing board are in the bedroom closet.

Outdoor Spaces
The private backyard has a patio area for barbecues and relaxing.
The hot tub is fully drained and cleaned after each guest stay. As our guests frequently use the hot tub, it occasionally experiences mechanical issues. When the hot tub is out of service and cannot be used, we will provide a $20 credit for each day of your stay at the time of observation.

Guest Access
Guests will have access to the whole house including the private backyard.
We provide 2 beach tags free of charge for our guests to access Cape May’s beaches. (Children under 12 are not required for beach tags).
Bay Beach and Wildwood beaches are free to access.
Beach chairs and an umbrella are available for you to bring to the beaches.

POLICY
The fee due at checkout includes two dogs. There is a $50 fee for each additional dog.
Definitely no smoking or drug use in the property. We are smoke free, drug free home.

Perfect little weekend getaway!

Clean, refreshed and great locatuon

This place was exactly what we needed for our family to enjoy the beach. Clean, updated house, nice private flat yard. Great location for all Cape May area things. The hosts were extremely prompt and very clear with communications.

Perfect Pet Friendly Cottage

My wife and I stayed here with our 2 year old daughter and pup. The cottage was perfect for a quick weekend stay, it had everything we needed. The place clean and very well decorated. The bay side beach is an easy walk down the road. One of the the best places we have stayed at in this area thats pet friendly!

Perfect for what we needed! We had multiple family members staying in various places on the same street, the hot tub was a fun addition that no one else had. A small welcome booklet or something that has helpful information about the place would be nice!

A Reset Weekend was Needed

I booked this property for a self-care reset weekend, and it was everything I needed! The only thing I would ask for is ceiling fans; otherwise, this was a perfect retreat. The owners were responsive and I would rent the location again.

Cozy cottage near everything's

Stayed here for a soccer tournament. Cute neighborhood, quiet, nice walk to bay. House was perfect size for us. Hot tub was a nice perk! Games for kids came in handy on the rainy day. Close to many local restaurants. Property manager was quick to reply. Thanks!

Perfect Weekend Getaway!

My husband and I brought our golden doodle for a short trip to Cape May and this house was perfect! It had everything we needed, they even included some essential doggy items, which was very thoughtful. We loved spending time in the hot tub and letting our dog run around in the fenced yard while we were outside. We also loved how close the house was to the bay! We had a great time and it was just what we needed :)

Cozy Little Home

This cute little house has a lot to offer. Very clean, quiet area and private fenced backyard perfect for the dogs. Hot tube and grill in backyard is extra bonus. Walking distance to the bay was convenient to take the dogs for a swim. Wildwood and Cape May is a quick 20 minute ride to the boardwalk and beaches. Landlord was easy to communicate and very accommodating. I would definitely rent this place out again in the future for another visit. Thank you for a wonderful getaway!

Quick trip getaway

The house is just as presented and very cute. Yard was perfect for my dog as it was just enough grass for her to play and fenced in. Also right at end of block is beach that dogs can access before 11 and after 4 and the house has a hose on yard to give her a bath after playing in water. It’s just about a 15 minute drive to the main strip so close enough but far enough away from crowds. The host were very responsive to any inquiry we had and offered recommendations for places to visit. It was an enjoyable stay and would recommend the rental and a must js Flecks ice cream right around corner !

Beautiful little place

My boyfriend and I stayed for one night. The owners were great at communicating with us. The place was clean and beautiful. Our only down fall at no fault really of the owners was we booked this place because it has a hot tub. There was renters there the night before us so they had to drain the hot tub so when we stayed we could not use the hot tub due to it not being warm enough. The owners did give us the suggestion of boiling water to help bring the temperature up faster and they did let us check out a little later than the 11 check out time. This was very nice of them but still was disappointed we couldn’t use the hot tub.. I would absolutely recommend this house to any of my friends or family! We are in cape may often so I’m sure we will rent this place in the future. .

Great stay

This house in the Villas was adorable. The backyard was perfect. My dogs had a blast. The hot tub was a nice addition to the relaxation I was looking for! They had coffee and tea available. Doggy poop bags! Even shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The place has everything you need. I also enjoyed the short walk to the bay. Thanks for opening your home. Great Pet-Friendly House and Yard

We enjoyed Labor Day weekend here with our dog, Clancy. The house was clean and efficient. The fenced yard was well kept and the hot tub was an extra treat! We went to Higbee Beach and Cape May Beach. There are good restaurants close by, as well as the bay beach at the end of the street. Cape May and all its food, shopping, fun and entertainment is a short drive away.

Perfect Little Beach Getaway!

This was the perfect property for our Family Beach Getaway for the weekend! The place was very clean, fully stocked with amenities, and the backyard was our favorite spot! It was well maintained, open, quaint, private, and allowed us to enjoy time with our family while our pups were able to run around in the fenced in yard. The owner was a pleasure to work with and was very responsive to any questions we had. The property is the perfect location to the bay, only a short 10 minute walk, which we were able to enjoy a beautiful sunset over the water. The location was quiet and only a short drive to Wildwood or Cape May. Our family had the best weekend staying at this property, which we definitely recommend, and would stay again!

Hello, we are The Widjaja. We recently moved to New Jersey from New York, and we immediately love the beauty of New Jersey has to offer. We both enjoy traveling, get to know other cultures, making memories with our little ones, and we do travel for foods.
We have two girls (one little and the other almost a teenager) who enjoy beach and the boardwalk. We spend sometime in our Anaëlle home during their school breaks, we love our home, just the perfect size and amenities for us. I hope you enjoy our property as much as we do :)

When we were looking for a destination property, we started in Ashbury Park, but since then we drove along Jersey Shore and we found The Villas and we thought this is such a gem!
This neighborhood is strategically centralized by Wildwoods, Cape May and Stone Harbor.
And if we would like to go to a beach without driving, we can easily go to Bay beach, a 10-minute walk from our home. Enjoying sunset almost every night from our hot tub, while the kids running around in the fenced backyard or just chill in the adirondack chairs. The neighbors are friendly and it is a quiet area. It's a win win for us :)

Anaëlle home is a charming 2 beds, 1 bath home. It is perfect for a family who would like to have some alone time while they are making memories. We love to host people in this home, we provide most amenities so our guests don't have to worry about anything.
Our home is cozy with new bed frames, new mattresses and new bedding, new towels, and the list goes on and on. We just wanted to make sure that our guests are comfortable :)
