This brand new, legally approved suite was completed in July 2023 and is nestled in the picturesque seaside community of Royal Bay, Colwood—just outside of Victoria.

Colwood is renowned as the 6th best place to retire in Canada, the 2nd safest community in BC, and one of the top 25 best Canadian communities. Royal Roads University is only a 9-minute drive away.

The suite faces east, offering plenty of morning sunlight, and spans the entire walk-out basement of our contemporary home. You'll have a spacious 710 square foot area featuring 7 large windows, a modern kitchen, living room, bathroom, bedroom, and laundry facilities—ideal for up to 3 guests.

Easy Access & Entry:
Parking is convenient—just park on the right side of our private driveway. Enter through the gate and descend to your private entrance. The incline is gradual, taking just 15 seconds from the gate to the suite's entrance.

A Quiet, Safe Neighbourhood:
Our family of three adults lives upstairs—myself, my husband, and our adult son. We have no pets and do not allow pets in the suite. We are committed to maintaining a peaceful environment. We respect your privacy and ensure that your stay is quiet and comfortable.

The neighborhood is serene and safe, populated by friendly families and retirees. Downtown Victoria’s inner harbor is a 25-minute drive away, depending on traffic. Both Colwood and Langford, offer a wide variety of restaurants, grocery stores, and amenities, which are 8 minutes away by car.

Guest Access:
You’ll have full access to the 1-bedroom suite, which includes a living room, bathroom, and kitchen. There is a sofa that folds out into a futon bed that can accommodate 1 person for sleeping (ideally a child). The length of the futon is 5 foot 10 inches. The futon in the living room NOT comparable to the comfort of a regular bed.

The suite opens to a secluded, fenced backyard. Entry is a breeze with our easy-entry keypad door lock.

조용한 환경을 유지하기 위해 최선을 다하고 있으며, 투숙객의 프라이버시를 존중하면서 편안한 숙박을 보장해드립니다.

이웃들은 친절하고 가족 및 은퇴한 분들이 주로 거주하는 안전한 지역입니다.
빅토리아 다운타운(이너 하버)까지는 차로 약 25분이 소요되며, (출 퇴근 시간에 따라 소요시간이 달라요).
콜우드와 랭퍼드 지역에는 다양한 레스토랑, 마트, 편의 시설이 차로 8분 거리에 있습니다.
