Summary:
Beautiful & clean unit in Legacy Grand, on the second floor with 2 queen size beds. it is part of a recently renovated condo-hotel with modern design, fenced pool (will be close Jan6-Feb14), playground, indoor & outdoor dining/resting/seating, located in a Touristic area on the main 192 US-Hwy of Kissimmee. Around 10 min away from Disney, and very close to Old Town, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, attractions, etc.. Free shuttle to Disney Parks. High-speed Fiber Optic Wifi.

The Space:
Front desk at the entrance, you must show your photo Id at the check-in for security registration purposes. There is no elevator in the complex.

In the lobby area you will find an on-site ATM, restrooms, and a children's entertainment area. On the second floor a coin-operated washing and dryer machine, and at the first floor an ice maker and a vending machine, both in the building corner.

We are also offering a courtesy shuttle service to take you to the DISNEY & HOLLYWOOD STUDIOS THEME PARKS and bring you back to the resort at NO COST, just ask at the concierge for more info.

Luggage storage and package receiving services are available, additional charges may apply.
High-speed Free Wifi is available in all areas of the hotel.

The hotel's RESTAURANT and GYM are TEMPORARILY CLOSED until further notice.

Smoking is not allowed in the remaining areas or within the units, there is an area designated by smoking outside, fines of $ 250.00 or more will be charged.

The unit is on the SECOND floor, there is not elevator.

The property is a private unit inside the hotel, there is no recharge of toiletries, and the cleaning rate is for the cleaning at check-out, there is no daily cleaning or replacement of towels / sheets.

About 10 minutes from Disney's theme parks, 19 minutes from Universal Studios, 14 minutes from SeaWorld and Aquatica, and very close to many restaurants, stores, grocery stores, supermarkets, pharmacies and many attractions of Oldtown.
