Love at First Syrah’s intricate details will have you feeling like you really are at your home away from home. This 4800 square foot home has 8 beds plus a pull-out sofa. The main home offers 4 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms in each room. There is an additional ½ bath in the main home. The master bedroom is a true retreat, complete with a dual-head shower, sunken tub and Keurig in your room. All bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, soap, and conditioner for your convenience. Towels & hotel-style accommodations are also provided. The main home’s kitchen is stocked with all essential cooking items. Enjoy a movie with your family and friends in a cozy living room with a fireplace. There are two pull out couches in the home, one in the family room and one in the loft casita. We also have two twin rollways for any extra guests.

In addition to the main home, there are two casitas on the property. The larger casita has a two queen murphy beds, and a pull-out queen sofa. The casita has a fully stocked bathroom, kitchenette with fridge and convection microwave. This casita has a loft-like feel. The second casita is perfect for two, with a private king bed and a fully stocked full bathroom.

Love at First Syrah has an incredible backyard for entertaining and relaxing. Sit by the pool and enjoy the spa after an afternoon out. Spend time with your friends and family around the large outdoor built-in grill and ample outdoor seating. This is no doubt this home will be your first and last Love at First Syrah.

Family weekend getaway

The property was huge, as described in the listing. There are four bedrooms with their own bathroom in the main house. There is also a fifth bedroom with double doors that opens out into the living room that does nothave its own bathroom.

Great Property for Family Stay

My family of 24 stayed at this property while staying in the Temecula area for my daughter's wedding. The property was exactly as described and a beautiful property. It was clean, near the wineries, and had all the amenities promised. The best part of the process though was communicating with the property manager. They were extremely responsive to all of our needs. They typically respond within minutes and took care of all of our requests. I would highly recommend this property or any other one managed by Barefoot Vacation Rentals.

Great Place for our Annual Girls Reunion!

This house is perfect if you have a lot of people - there are two separate Casitas, one faces the back yard which is nice. The pool and spa were perfect and we spent most days in the pool. Almost every room has it's own FULL bathroom, which is wonderful!! The main kitchen/dining/living space is open and it was nice for our group because there was enough space for all of us to be together. The dining table was large enough for all of us to play games (there were 9 of us). One garage has been converted and has a pool table, TV, and table shuffleboard game. The wineries are SO close to this home, and because check-in wasn't until 4, we enjoyed a couple of wineries and a live band while we were waiting to check in. The hosts attended to us quickly and were very friendly. I would highly recommend this beautiful home!!

Wonderful house with a few missing touches

Being well above 18 yrs old, we'd like to pass along a few observations and tips (sorry if they're abbreviated - Still cleaning/fixing after 4 (fan repair, front door) Spa wasn't hot Fridge temp was set high (we lowered it to 43) No instructions re: trash, spa, dishwasher Burned out bulb over kitchen sink No tea towels in kitchen (several in one casita) or oven mitts or pot holders Ice maker is very slow An alarm woke up the person in closest room when it went off at 1145 pm Bathroom fan in bedroom closest to garage doors not turn on No broom to sweep kitchen Little annoying things - Wrong size & shape of coffee filters No towel racks for hand towels in bathrooms No squegees in showers Nice to have cushions on pool

Great location with great views

This property has a great setup with nearly every bedroom having its own bathroom. It's a dated property with a lot of rules, mostly because of county/city ordinances. The staff is super responsive which is great. The neighborhood is great and the property is huge with a lot of parking. The views are incredible as well.

The house was perfect for our large family staying together for a wedding

The house was great and spacious for our large family to come together for a family wedding. We enjoyed the nice pool and jacuzzi as well as the large kitchen. It was a perfect house. Barefoot management was great especially April Powell. They were helpful before and during our stay. Great place and we will be back for the next wedding!

Great Family Vacation Rental

Our family stayed at Love at First Syrah during the Labor Day weekend and had a great time. The rental unit was quite large and easily handled the 14 of us which included 4 grandchildren. The kitchen was huge and there was plenty of seating. The weekend was very hot, but we were able to stay in the unit for most of our meals which made it much more enjoyable. The grandkids loved the pool. I would recommend this unit for any family vacations.

Perfect large family vacation spot

Seriously, Book it now! My family has stayed in probably 8 vacation homes and this one was the best we have ever had. We had 15 overnight family members and 10 or so who dropped in during different days. The large casita was perfect for the older kids. We have several elderly guests and having a 1 story is key. It is spacious, very well appointed and both the owner, Dave, and property manager, Jessica, are top notch with communication and customer service. The pool is awesome. There is a TV in every room. The property is in a great neighborhood with lots to do nearby. Also it has 3 full sized refrigerators as well as a full trash dumpster and 6 kitchen trash bins. We rotate "picking" a location and I got credit for the best one ever! I highly recommend this superb property.

Beautiful home, terrific location

Home was great, some small issues shared with property manager and they addressed promptly. Close to wineries, Old Town, etc. Absolutely fantastic location. Home can't accommodate 24 however. We were a party of 12 and all was full. Any others would be on trundle beds/cots/sofas so please keep that in mind.

Family week getaway

My family and I just had the best week at Love @ First Syrah. The house was spacious and clean and provided ample sleep and hangout space for 18 people of all ages, especially with the two separate casitas. The house was close to everything—historic downtown Temecula, restaurants and hiking. If you plan to cook big meals, check the kitchen first. The dishes, silverware and serving ware was well-stocked but the pot/pan and cooking utensils were a bit limited if cooking for a large group. The Barefoot Vacation representatives were super responsive, timely and helpful with all our needs.

Great place for extended family

Beautiful property! The house is big and had plenty of room for all of our extended family to spread out. We had family from age 96 to 2 and everyone had their needs met. Loved the backyard and the pool area. Little bit of a pain having to call to get the jacuzzi turned on and the temperature adjusted but it worked out. Also the property has 3 refrigerators which were key with such a big group. We would come back again.

Perfect home for our family

This home was perfect for my daughter’s wedding weekend. There was plenty of room for our adult children and grandchildren. The home was clean and well kept. The spa was perfect for early morning relaxation. The home is located in a beautiful neighborhood. It was nice to be able to walk to the shopping center that had a grocery store, Great Harvest, and Starbucks. Jessica was easily available for any questions we had. I would highly recommend this home!
