Permanent Vacation offers 5 King Suites, each with its own 55" Roku TV, full-sized dresser, and full bathroom. Bedroom 1 is located on the first level and features a Luxury Tile Shower with rain shower head and multiple body jets. Upstairs on the second level is Bedroom 2 with a custom tile shower & Bedroom 3 with a Tub/Shower Combo. Lastly, Bedroom 4 also with a custom Tile Shower & Bedroom 5 with a Tub/Shower Combo located on the third level.
Bedroom 3 offers a small workspace, and Bedroom 5 holds a small sitting area.

You can get ready for your day in one of the private bathrooms located in each bedroom. There’s plenty of room to store your toiletries on the vanity and a hairdryer for your use. Choose how you want to wash up in one of the newly tiled showers, or the bathtub combination. The lower level Bathroom is upscale with a rain shower head and multiple body jets.

If you forget your toiletries, you’ll find 𝙨𝙝𝙖𝙢𝙥𝙤𝙤, 𝙨𝙤𝙖𝙥𝙨, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙩𝙤𝙤𝙩𝙝𝙗𝙧𝙪𝙨𝙝𝙚𝙨 available.

The large and inviting kitchen is the perfect place to make a delicious meal after a day in the mountains. Newly updated, it 𝙛𝙚𝙖𝙩𝙪𝙧𝙚𝙨 𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙞𝙣𝙡𝙚𝙨𝙨 𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙚𝙡 𝙖𝙥𝙥𝙡𝙞𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙚𝙨, 𝙞𝙣𝙘𝙡𝙪𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙖 𝙛𝙧𝙞𝙙𝙜𝙚 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙛𝙧𝙚𝙚𝙯𝙚𝙧, 𝙖𝙣 𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙣, 𝙖 𝙨𝙩𝙤𝙫𝙚, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙖 𝙙𝙞𝙨𝙝𝙬𝙖𝙨𝙝𝙚𝙧. The 𝙆𝙚𝙪𝙧𝙞𝙜 𝙢𝙖𝙘𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙚 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙙𝙧𝙞𝙥 𝙘𝙤𝙛𝙛𝙚𝙚 𝙢𝙖𝙠𝙚𝙧 on the coffee bar will help keep you energized throughout your day, although don’t forget to bring your own K-Cups or ground coffee! Enjoy all your meals in the open-concept dining area with a wooden dining table for up to 10. Along with eight chairs situated along the dining table, you will find additional chairs, making it easy to create extra space for friends and family.

After dinner, relax in one of the air-conditioned lounges on the first or second level. Downstairs, you will find a 65" TV, and the upstairs living area houses a 75" TV! Each 𝙛𝙡𝙖𝙩-𝙨𝙘𝙧𝙚𝙚𝙣 𝙏𝙑 𝙝𝙖𝙨 𝙍𝙤𝙠𝙪, so you can keep up with your favorite shows while staying warm with the extra blankets. You can also use the 𝙚𝙡𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙧𝙞𝙘 𝙛𝙞𝙧𝙚𝙥𝙡𝙖𝙘𝙚𝙨 from October to March to keep your toes extra toasty. Enjoy the arcade or board games on the first level!

The two-level deck provides plenty of peace, tranquility, and fresh mountain air! Make yourself comfortable on the rocking chairs or relax at the picnic table & seating on the lower level. The ultimate place to relax, however, is in the large 𝙤𝙪𝙩𝙙𝙤𝙤𝙧 𝙝𝙤𝙩 𝙩𝙪𝙗.

Around the back, you will find a large fire pit with plenty of seating! Sit around the fire with your friends and family, roast marshmallows, and create memories you'll never forget! We do not provide Firewood but it can be purchased in many places around town including most grocery and convenience stores as well as several roadside stands throughout the area.

When your group is hungry, the charcoal park-style grills are ideally located to the side of the driveway, although be sure to bring your own charcoal with you!

This relaxing space is just minutes from Downtown Gatlinburg and is a 𝙜𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙩 𝙬𝙖𝙮 𝙩𝙤 𝙙𝙞𝙨𝙘𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙧 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙂𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙩 𝙎𝙢𝙤𝙠𝙮 𝙈𝙤𝙪𝙣𝙩𝙖𝙞𝙣𝙨.

You will have the entire cabin to yourself!
There are two electronic locks, so there are no keys to misplace!

You will receive your door code up to 72 hours before your check-in.

We are generally available between 9AM and 9PM through the app anytime before and during your stay. We will respond as quickly as possible. If there is an emergency, please call 911. If it is non-emergent, we will get it resolved as quickly as possible.

Situated less than a 1/4 mile from East Parkway (HWY 321), Permanent Vacation is located less than 2 miles from Downtown Gatlinburg!

While you’re close to town and may hear neighboring cabins, you have total privacy at the cabin. Situated in the mountains, you will see plenty of wildlife, including black bears.

The driveway up to the cabin is a little steep but is paved. While 4WD should not be required, should there be snow or ice you may not be able to get up it.
Be sure to check the condition of your tires before coming to the Smokies, there are a lot of steep roads in the area.

Only a couple minutes to some great Hiking Trails. Less than 2 miles to Downtown Gatlinburg attractions like Ripley's Aquarium and the Great Smoky Mountain National Park Entrance!
Only 10 miles to Pigeon Forge, where you can visit Dollywood!

Towels and linens provided. Soaps, Shampoos, and even toothbrushes are available if you forget yours.

Guest booking must be at least 25 years old and stay for the duration of the reservation.

The hot tub is for guests 25 and over only. Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol, or you are pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK!

As with all cabins in the area, the fireplaces are shut down from April 1 - October 1.

Quite hours are from 10 pm - 9 am.

We do not typically offer early check-in or late check-out. However, IF we are able to accommodate, there may be an additional charge.

Pets are NOT allowed. If you sneak in a pet of any kind, you will be charged $175 and asked to leave.

Absolutely no unauthorized fires! Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $250 plus damages.

Do not feed or interact with the Bears or any wildlife.
Make sure all trash outside is placed in the bear-proof trash bins.
Never leave unattended trash bags or food outside and keep your vehicle locked at all times.
