Welcome to our NEW deluxe 3bd/3ba WI Dells condo at Chula Vista Resort! This GROUND FLOOR condo is clean, spacious and convenient, has soaring 14-foot ceilings and sleeps 14 people. It has 2 stone fireplaces, a large gourmet kitchen, in-room Jacuzzi, and new BIG smart TV's as well as other amenities. Great Stay in the Dells

We had a great time staying in this condo! It was perfect for our group of 10, including 3 kids. We had 3 family members who could not join us, and it would have been a bit tight had they been with us. Communication was quick and reliable, and we loved that our 3 month old puppy could join us!

We had our family Christmas gathering here. It was wonderful to have 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a very nice sized central living area to celebrate our time together. We had a very nice stay.

Family wedding in Wisconsin Dells

The property met our needs very nicely. It had plenty of room and accommodations for me, my husband, my son and his young family. My grandchildren particularly enjoyed the jet tub. Some of the furniture was a little dated and worn, but overall, the property was very nice! The owner does let the renter know that the water park fees are not included in the cost of the rental, but it was worth paying for! We were in the area for a wedding, but did get time to enjoy the water slides.

The property was as listed. Clean and comfortable. Good communication. A minor issues that were addressed upon reporting. Would definitely stay again.

Not clean.

Upon arriving we were informed the room was freshly cleaned. After settling in, we realized the king size bed smelled like cigarettes, the heat in all the rooms did NOT work. Leaving the rooms a chilly 60 degrees. The pots and pans had gum stuck to them and did not seem clean. We had found other people’s belongings that had been left behind inside the cushions of the chair and pull out couches. And the final straw was when our 3 month old baby contracted ringworm. We did not even enter the water park or leave the room for the length of our stay so she only could have got it from there. I am completely unsatisfied with our stay and how much we had to pay for it to end up like this.

Weekend getaway with friends

The condo was spacious but definitely needs some updates. The couch is broken into and you basically fall into it. The carpet was ripped in many locations. The beds were extremely soft and you fall right into the middle. I hoping the owners update it and add more cookware to the kitchen.

Condo at Chula Vista

3BR/3BA was perfect for our group of 3 families. Full kitchen was great. Resort water park wristbands were not included with our stay. However, we were happy to find out there is access to the indoor water park from the condos (tunnel) so we could walk there without going outside. We purchased our wristbands at the water park when it opened on the day of our stay and did not have any problems.

Dells stay

Better instructions on how to find the unit and how to use the door lock would have been appreciated. Check out directions indicated that dishwasher should be ran, however no soap was provided. Other than that stay was comfortable and accommodations were good.

We enjoyed the stay with our family! The condo worked well for our needs, the location was great for our activities, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Here are a few items that were in need of repair upon arrival: The oven light and stove top light don't work, the shower (by the kitchen) drain is very slow, the sofa bed matress in the living room is in poor condition, the kitchen cupboards stick when opening them (need new felt bumpers), the tub by the kitchen had no shower gel in the dispenser, there was a water drip inside of the refrigerator, and some of the bedspreads did not smell laundered. The staff generously gave us new/dry towels on the second day. The original set provided was not enough. Unless I missed it, the room info did not indicate that the 3rd bedroom was in a separate area that required a key code. The manager was kind to send that info right away. Thank you!
