This 2 bdrm 2 bath Condo is turn-key ready to ensure you have a
comfortable home away from home experience. It has no Stairs to deal with in an ideal location adjacent to Sun City that caters to our seniors too.

We have 2 condos with identical features in the same community, so just ask which condo is available. Both are very nicely decorated with attention to detail. Both have quality furnishings with all the bells and whistles which include 55-inch HDTV w/cable and HBO/Showtime along with high-speed WIFI for your internet needs. You will most certainly enjoy your night's sleep on a Sterns and Foster luxury plush med firm 14-inch queen mattress, coffee bar & smoothie maker, large walk-in shower, or soaking tub. We also have our website, AZVR For Seniors, which we maintain as a portfolio with both our vacation rentals complete with reviews too we can share with you.

Upon your arrival, you will be personally greeted and escorted to your temporary home, given a tour and we answer any questions you might have. You will find a Welcome Guest Book created especially for you filled with the many things you may want to know to fully enjoy your stay. All you need to do is unpack your clothes, make a trip to the grocery store and settle in; maybe take a dip in the heated soft water pool or spa, BBQ a steak, have a glass of wine, and tune into some soft cable digital music in the background to finish off the evening.

FYI, You are not staying in "our home" while we don't occupy it; these condos are a full-time vacation rental homes devoted to providing our guests with quality enjoyment during their stay. We are local owners licensed to operate, so you can be sure you are in good hands!

General Info:
This is rented for 30 days minimum, month to month, and rented from the 1st of each month., although you can arrive later or depart earlier at your leisure. This Condo. is approx 1000 sq ft with an open floor plan in the living areas and will comfortably accommodate 3 full-time occupants (couple and 1 more) or 2 full-time primary occupants and another couple as short-term occupants (all occupants must be listed on the application and submit picture ID's for security reasons).
If you accept an invitation to book this condo via VRBO, you also acknowledge we are a Vacation Rental "By Owner" and are required to follow standard rental policies and procedures that require a completed application approval process with a signed rental agreement as required by state law. A holding security deposit is also required to be paid directly to us upon approval which becomes your fully refundable security/cleaning deposits. We send everything securely to you electronically via DocuSign right to your email for your convenience, just complete and attach your ID and click submit is all there is to it. HOA requires you to provide a copy of a photo ID for each occupant to ensure age compliance. Failure to comply will result in a cancelation. Additional terms my apply.
