Spacious and open concept floor plan with split bedrooms that is ideal for family or friend getaways. Stylish and comfortable furnishings with designer touches everywhere. The space
Nothing has been overlooked in making this one of the top new vacation rentals in the Scottsdale area. The large private lot will have you feeling like your at your own private resort. Multi million dollar home with top of the line finishes throughout. Escape to one of the spacious bedrooms that feature comfortable beds and quality linens. Master retreat has large master bath and sitting area for privacy when you want to get away. Kids bedroom with video games and plenty of space to spread out. Kitchen is set up for the cook in the group and all that you need is here. Living space that is perfect for entertaining and features slide away doors that create an unbelievable indoor/outdoor space on those nice AZ days. Backyard sanctuary with grill area, sparkling pool with heating option and large grassy area for games. Once you step foot inside you will truly feel like your at home.
Ideal location with easy access to North Scottsdale and also close enough to Old Town for that night out or shopping and dining. Quiet residential neighborhood that creates a peaceful ambiance for your relaxing retreat.

This is NOT A PARTY HOUSE and no loud parties or disruptive behavior will be tolerated in any way. . Home is in a quiet neighborhood and surrounded by multi million dollar homes. We are not saying in any way you can't come here and have fun as that is what we want you to do but we are requiring that you have fun in a respectful manner to the home and neighbors.
Pool may be heated for additional $75 per day or $350 per week. Please notify manager at least 48 hours in advance of stay for pool heating as it does take time to heat. The spa can always be heated at no cost.
Must be 30 years of age to rent home and ID may be required.
No local bookings without 3.5 star reviews or approval from host.
Outdoor Quiet Hours are 10 PM Nightly and strictly enforced as this is a city ordinance.
No pets are allowed at the home.
No smoking is allowed on the property. Any signs of smoking will result in a $2000 fine.
Quiet Hours 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
IMPORTANT: This property fully complies with all Arizona statutes, and all city ordinances, rules and regulations regarding short-term vacation rentals. Arizona recently enacted a state law §33-1806.01 / §33-1260.01 which enables cities and HOA's to obtain information about short-term renter's contact data, group composition, and vehicle data.
An online occupancy portal has been established to make the process of providing your group's information easy, and to take very little time.
* The primary renter must be 25 or older. ID verification is required for all renters.
* Renter Data Form completion, including occupant and emergency contact information, and acceptance of the host Terms of Occupancy is required prior sending out arrival information.
(a) If you are not planning to park any personal vehicle(s) at the property you may check the box (in our online portal) indicating that you will be renting vehicle(s) and/or using ride-share services.
* Facilities Use Safety Notice & Indemnification.
All renters are required to read and digitally sign a one-page Safety Notice designed to ensure that everything possible is done to help people occupying the property to stay safe during their stay. (REQUIRED)
* Arrival and Departure Process: An Initial Arrival Instructions email is sent after completing the online Renter Data Form. To protect the health and safety of all renters, and the field staff, the full arrival instructions including the property access information will only be provided the afternoon of your arrival after the property has been fully inspected and authorized for occupancy.
* Cancelation & Refund Policy: NO EXCEPTIONS will be made to the published cancellation and refund policy. All Renters are highly encouraged to purchase Trip Cancellation Insurance within three days of booking. All Renters who purchase "Cancel for any Reason" (CFAR) insurance coverage within three days of booking will be reimbursed 50% of the CFAR insurance premium cost within one week after the Renter's stay has successfully concluded.
(a) Time Change Policy: All changes to the pre-established standard times for arrival and departure are considered REQUESTS only, until expressly approved by your Host. All arrival and departure time change requests must be requested in advance on your online occupancy portal. Requests for arrival and departure time changes will not be approved until the morning of the arrival and the day before the departure, and may not be possible based on the home's cleaning, maintenance, and occupancy schedules. To receive updates on the likelihood of early arrival and/or late departure you may text your host's Property Services Desk for updated information on the day of your arrival for early-arrival updates, and the day before your departure for late-departure updates.
(b) Health, Safety, & Security Protocols: Our arrival processes and systems are designed to prioritize your health and safety by protecting against arrivals to the home before the property has been fully cleaned, sanitized, inspected, and authorized for occupancy. In all instances, anyone arriving to the property before receiving explicit arrival authorization, or overstaying your authorized departure time, will incur a $100 fee for violating your Host's Arrival and Departure House Rules Policy.
Return of Personal Property: Any and all personal property left at the property upon departure may be collected from the property at a pre-arranged day and time, subject to the field staff's schedule and availability to meet at the property. In all cases, if personal property is not able to be picked up at the property, and delivery of personal property is requested, the charge associated with arranging and paying for the return of personal property is $75 service fee, plus the actual costs associated with mail and/or delivery charges.
