Stunning North Scottsdale Estate that features a unique blend of privacy, style, and luxury amenities. We have strived to create not only a vacation rental but a vacation experience. We have a long list of special services designed to bring convenience and entertainment to your trip. The home is spacious and the views are breathtaking. Tropical backyard that is completely surrounded by lush landscapes which makes for a great place to create vacation memories with family or friends.

The space
Come experience Scottsdale Arizona in your own private resort. Property is equipped with so many unique features that are sure have you leaving AZ with a memorable trip. Ideal for large groups traveling together as the home has 4 separate areas including guest house that provide for your own space even while staying under the same roof.

Conveniently located in North Scottsdale with easy access to top shopping, dining, and nightlife in the area. Home is just minutes from TPC Scottsdale for the world famous Phoenix Open and WestWorld of Scottsdale for Barrett Jackson Car Auction and Arabian Horse Shows. Close to top golf courses, hiking , and mountain biking .

Home has 5 bedrooms and 4.5 baths and is 6500 square feet including the guest house. Make a family meal in the fully stocked kitchen and gather around any one of the multiples dining areas inside or outside. Popular rooftop patio with bar seating for 6 to watch the big game on an 80 inch outdoor tv. Rooftop patio has plenty of seating along with a fire pit to gather around and enjoy the incredible sunset views over the city landscape. Truly one of the best features of this home.

Living area opens with infinity door to create an indoor/outdoor space to the tropical backyard. Catch some sun in the loungers or relax in the heated pool or hot tub. If your needing to work on your golf game there is also a custom 5 hole putting green .

Other home amenities include multiple game areas with a ping pong table and outdoor pool table over looking the newly installed turf grass. Plenty of yard games for the family to enjoy that includes corn hole, bocce ball, and croquet . A full gym with Peloton bike, stair climber, and free weights to get a workout in on while on vacation. There is tv's all over this place with smart technologies and surround sound. Home is completely wired for sound with top of the line entertainment system and sound that blow you away. Full laundry is available for guests along with a bbq area and plenty of parking in garage or private driveway.

Bedrooms all feature top of the line beds and some are tempurpedic adjustable beds. We use the best linens, pillows, and towels for our guests as well so you feel like your in a five star resort.

Master suite is a retreat in itself. Completely wrapped in windows to capture the desert landscape and mountain views this huge space also has a coffee bar and private office with views. Master bathroom features steam shower, soaker tub, and fire feature to make for a relaxing space at the end of the day.

The second master bedroom is spacious and has views of the city right from your bed. Bathroom with steam shower and a jetted tub are sure to make for a relaxing spot.

The third bedroom area features a guest bedroom with queen bed and tv which is situated near the bunk bed room and shares a bathroom.

Detached guest house with kitchenette and king sized adjustable bed will be a great place for someone in your party to enjoy their own space while staying in luxury.

Kid friendly home. If your traveling with children inquire about our access to travel cribs and high chairs as well as other kid friendly items.

We have a compiled a long list of services to be available for guests that create convenience and entertainment. Ask for a full list and pricing which we can be provided at booking. These services include sunset yoga with private trainer from the rooftop patio, personal chef and bartender services, babysitting services, grocery delivery and setup , and many more.

This home has everything that you would need to enjoy all that Arizona has to offer, The weather , the views, and the comfort. Book your next vacation with us and you won't be disappointed.

Guests have the entire home to themselves and will be provided with a unique door code prior to your stay to access the home. Personal check ins are available to get guests comfortable with using the homes many amenities.

Other things to note
This is NOT A PARTY HOUSE and no loud parties or disruptive behavior will be tolerated in any way. . Home is in a quiet neighborhood and surrounded by multi million dollar homes. We are not saying in any way you can't come here and have fun as that is what we want you to do but we are requiring that you have fun in a respectful manner to the home and neighbors.

Pool may be heated for additional $100 per day or $500 per week. Please notify manager at least 48 hours in advance of stay for pool heating as it does take time to heat. The spa can always be heated at no cost.

Must be 30 years of age to rent home and ID may be required.

No local bookings without 3 5 star reviews or approval from host.

Outdoor Quiet Hours are 10 PM Nightly and strictly enforced as this is a city ordinance.

No pets are allowed at the home.

No smoking is allowed on the property. Any signs of smoking will result in a $2000 fine.

IMPORTANT: This property fully complies with all Arizona statutes, and all city ordinances, rules and regulations regarding short-term vacation rentals. Arizona recently enacted a state law §33-1806.01 / §33-1260.01 which enables cities and HOA's to obtain information about short-term renter's contact data, group composition, and vehicle data.

An online occupancy portal has been established to make the process of providing your group's information easy, and to take very little time.

* The primary renter must be 25 or older. ID verification is required for all renters.

* Renter Data Form completion, including occupant and emergency contact information, and acceptance of the host Terms of Occupancy is required prior sending out arrival information.

(a) If you are not planning to park any personal vehicle(s) at the property you may check the box (in our online portal) indicating that you will be renting vehicle(s) and/or using ride-share services.

* Facilities Use Safety Notice & Indemnification.
All renters are required to read and digitally sign a one-page Safety Notice designed to ensure that everything possible is done to help people occupying the property to stay safe during their stay. (REQUIRED)

* Arrival and Departure Process: An Initial Arrival Instructions email is sent after completing the online Renter Data Form. To protect the health and safety of all renters, and the field staff, the full arrival instructions including the property access information will only be provided the afternoon of your arrival after the property has been fully inspected and authorized for occupancy.

* Cancelation & Refund Policy: NO EXCEPTIONS will be made to the published cancellation and refund policy. All Renters are highly encouraged to purchase Trip Cancellation Insurance within three days of booking. All Renters who purchase "Cancel for any Reason" (CFAR) insurance coverage within three days of booking will be reimbursed 50% of the CFAR insurance premium cost within one week after the Renter's stay has successfully concluded.

(a) Time Change Policy: All changes to the pre-established standard times for arrival and departure are considered REQUESTS only, until expressly approved by your Host. All arrival and departure time change requests must be requested in advance on your online occupancy portal. Requests for arrival and departure time changes will not be approved until the morning of the arrival and the day before the departure, and may not be possible based on the home's cleaning, maintenance, and occupancy schedules. To receive updates on the likelihood of early arrival and/or late departure you may text your host's Property Services Desk for updated information on the day of your arrival for early-arrival updates, and the day before your departure for late-departure updates.

(b) Health, Safety, & Security Protocols: Our arrival processes and systems are designed to prioritize your health and safety by protecting against arrivals to the home before the property has been fully cleaned, sanitized, inspected, and authorized for occupancy. In all instances, anyone arriving to the property before receiving explicit arrival authorization, or overstaying your authorized departure time, will incur a $100 fee for violating your Host's Arrival and Departure House Rules Policy.

Return of Personal Property: Any and all personal property left at the property upon departure may be collected from the property at a pre-arranged day and time, subject to the field staff's schedule and availability to meet at the property. In all cases, if personal property is not able to be picked up at the property, and delivery of personal property is requested, the charge associated with arranging and paying for the return of personal property is $75 service fee, plus the actual costs associated with mail and/or delivery charges.
