A relaxing retreat awaits in this remodeled Scottsdale home. Once you set foot in this private and serene yard you won't want to leave. Yard is lined with mature landscaping for complete privacy and features a heated pool, firepit, and plenty of seating. Interior has been remodeled and tastefully furnished to create a memorable vacation experience. Ideal North Scottsdale location that is just minutes to Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter that both feature fine dining and shopping.
A lot of thought and effort has went into making this a top vacation rental for the area. Home has 4 bedrooms and two full baths with plenty of space for family or friend gatherings. Split floorplan with Spacious master bedroom that leads has direct access to backyard. Large living area with sectional couch and big screen TV. Kitchen is fully stocked for those wanting to cook in and enjoy time at the home. Game area with fooseball table for entertainment. The backyard is truly the focal point of the home. It's very private which creates a peaceful ambiance. There is multiple seating areas for guests to gather including a firepit area. Sparkling pool with heating option and loungers to soak up that AZ sun.
Neighborhood is quiet and safe and has easy access to many local attractions and events. Kierland Commons, Scottsdale Quarter, and Desert Ridge Marketplace are all just minutes away. Plenty of golf and hiking within close proximity. Coming for a Scottsdale event? Located just a couple miles from TPC Scottsdale for the Phoenix Open or WestWorld of Scottsdale which has events year round including Barrett Jackson Car auction.
Things to Note
This home is located in a quiet residential area and no loud parties will be tolerated in any way. We of course welcome our guests to have fun but please be respectful to the people that live here.
Quiet hours are 10 PM nightly which is a city ordinance.
Pool can be heated for an additional $100 per day or $500 per week. Must give host at least 72 hour advance notice for pool heating.
If traveling with children 6 and under please notify manager for a pool safety notice.
Only registered guests are allowed at the property without prior consent and a maximum of 10 guests.
Must be at least 25 years of age to book.
Quiet Hours 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
IMPORTANT: This property fully complies with all Arizona statutes, and all city ordinances, rules and regulations regarding short-term vacation rentals. Arizona recently enacted a state law §33-1806.01 / §33-1260.01 which enables cities and HOA's to obtain information about short-term renter's contact data, group composition, and vehicle data.
An online occupancy portal has been established to make the process of providing your group's information easy, and to take very little time.
* The primary renter must be 25 or older. ID verification is required for all renters.
* Renter Data Form completion, including occupant and emergency contact information, and acceptance of the host Terms of Occupancy is required prior sending out arrival information.
(a) If you are not planning to park any personal vehicle(s) at the property you may check the box (in our online portal) indicating that you will be renting vehicle(s) and/or using ride-share services.
* Facilities Use Safety Notice & Indemnification.
All renters are required to read and digitally sign a one-page Safety Notice designed to ensure that everything possible is done to help people occupying the property to stay safe during their stay. (REQUIRED)
* Arrival and Departure Process: An Initial Arrival Instructions email is sent after completing the online Renter Data Form. To protect the health and safety of all renters, and the field staff, the full arrival instructions including the property access information will only be provided the afternoon of your arrival after the property has been fully inspected and authorized for occupancy.
* Cancelation & Refund Policy: NO EXCEPTIONS will be made to the published cancellation and refund policy. All Renters are highly encouraged to purchase Trip Cancellation Insurance within three days of booking. All Renters who purchase "Cancel for any Reason" (CFAR) insurance coverage within three days of booking will be reimbursed 50% of the CFAR insurance premium cost within one week after the Renter's stay has successfully concluded.
(a) Time Change Policy: All changes to the pre-established standard times for arrival and departure are considered REQUESTS only, until expressly approved by your Host. All arrival and departure time change requests must be requested in advance on your online occupancy portal. Requests for arrival and departure time changes will not be approved until the morning of the arrival and the day before the departure, and may not be possible based on the home's cleaning, maintenance, and occupancy schedules. To receive updates on the likelihood of early arrival and/or late departure you may text your host's Property Services Desk for updated information on the day of your arrival for early-arrival updates, and the day before your departure for late-departure updates.
(b) Health, Safety, & Security Protocols: Our arrival processes and systems are designed to prioritize your health and safety by protecting against arrivals to the home before the property has been fully cleaned, sanitized, inspected, and authorized for occupancy. In all instances, anyone arriving to the property before receiving explicit arrival authorization, or overstaying your authorized departure time, will incur a $100 fee for violating your Host's Arrival and Departure House Rules Policy.
Return of Personal Property: Any and all personal property left at the property upon departure may be collected from the property at a pre-arranged day and time, subject to the field staff's schedule and availability to meet at the property. In all cases, if personal property is not able to be picked up at the property, and delivery of personal property is requested, the charge associated with arranging and paying for the return of personal property is $75 service fee, plus the actual costs associated with mail and/or delivery charges.
