If you are looking to experience Old Town Scottsdale you won't find a better location than this. Completely remodeled 2 bdrm that is stylish is comfortable. Split floorplan with spacious bedrooms. Fully stocked kitchen for the traveler wanting to cook in. Great room area with sectional, dining area, and big screen TV. Soak up the great AZ weather from the private patio. Community amenities include pool, hot tub and gym. A ++ Old town location walking distance to many attractions.

The space
Condo has underwent a complete remodel in 2021 and is ready for you to make it home for the vacation season. Hard surface premium laminate flooring throughout. Comfy sectional couch seating in living area to wind down on at end of day. Couch is equipped sleeper sofa which allows you bring extra guests. Kitchen features quartz countertops and stainless appliances and is fully stocked for the dine in experience. Master has king sized bed and built in work space for business travelers. Dining table for 4 as well as breakfast bar area. Remodeled bathrooms which includes a luxurious tiled walk in shower. Private patio area to enjoy the outdoor space. Complex is full of amenities which includes a heated pool, spa, game room, and gym. One assigned covered space is available for the unit and laundry is on site. You cant beat this location. Walking distance to some of the top attractions that Old Town has to offer. Fashion square mall is steps away and is the Valley's top shopping center. Jump on the Old Town Trolley and head over to the Old Town shops which is a mecca for art and southwestern shops. Just minutes to Giants spring training and ASU is less than 15 minutes away. All that you need is there.

Arizona state law §33-1806.01 / §33-1260.01 authorizes HOA's and cities to require occupant information including contact data, and vehicle data. An online portal has been established to make the process of providing the required information easy and to take very little time.

* Renter Data Form completion, including occupant and emergency contact information, and acceptance of the host Terms of Occupancy are required within three days of booking.

(a) If you are not planning to park any personal vehicle(s) at the property you may check the box (in our online portal) indicating that you will be renting and/or using ride-share services.

(b) Bedroom and Bedding Setup. (OPTIONAL)

* Pool and Spa Indemnification. VERY IMPORTANT: At no time is a lifeguard on duty.
All renters must digitally execute a Pool & Spa Safety Indemnification Notice before occupancy. (REQUIRED)

* Arrival and Departure Process: An Initial Arrival Instructions email is sent after completing the online Renter Data Form. To protect the health and safety of all renters, and the field staff, the full arrival instructions including the property access information will only be provided the afternoon of your arrival after the property has been fully inspected and authorized for occupancy.

(a) Time Change Policy: All requests for early arrival and/or late departure must be requested in advance and may not be possible based on the home's cleaning, maintenance, and occupancy requirements and schedules. To receive updates on the likelihood of early arrival and/or late departure you may text for updated information on the day of your arrival for early arrival request updates, and the day before your departure to get late departure request updates.

(b) Health, Safety, & Security Protocols: Our arrival processes and systems are designed to prioritize your health and safety by protecting against arrivals to the home before the property has been fully cleaned, sanitized, inspected, and authorized for occupancy. The host reserves the right to cancel your booking if anyone in your group violates the established Health, Safety, and Security protocols by arriving to the property before receiving full authorization to occupy the property.
Quiet Hours 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.

IMPORTANT: This property fully complies with all Arizona statutes, and all city ordinances, rules and regulations regarding short-term vacation rentals. Arizona recently enacted a state law §33-1806.01 / §33-1260.01 which enables cities and HOA's to obtain information about short-term renter's contact data, group composition, and vehicle data.

An online occupancy portal has been established to make the process of providing your group's information easy, and to take very little time.

* The primary renter must be 25 or older. ID verification is required for all renters.

* Renter Data Form completion, including occupant and emergency contact information, and acceptance of the host Terms of Occupancy is required prior sending out arrival information.

(a) If you are not planning to park any personal vehicle(s) at the property you may check the box (in our online portal) indicating that you will be renting vehicle(s) and/or using ride-share services.

* Facilities Use Safety Notice & Indemnification.
All renters are required to read and digitally sign a one-page Safety Notice designed to ensure that everything possible is done to help people occupying the property to stay safe during their stay. (REQUIRED)

* Arrival and Departure Process: An Initial Arrival Instructions email is sent after completing the online Renter Data Form. To protect the health and safety of all renters, and the field staff, the full arrival instructions including the property access information will only be provided the afternoon of your arrival after the property has been fully inspected and authorized for occupancy.

* Cancelation & Refund Policy: NO EXCEPTIONS will be made to the published cancellation and refund policy. All Renters are highly encouraged to purchase Trip Cancellation Insurance within three days of booking. All Renters who purchase "Cancel for any Reason" (CFAR) insurance coverage within three days of booking will be reimbursed 50% of the CFAR insurance premium cost within one week after the Renter's stay has successfully concluded.

(a) Time Change Policy: All changes to the pre-established standard times for arrival and departure are considered REQUESTS only, until expressly approved by your Host. All arrival and departure time change requests must be requested in advance on your online occupancy portal. Requests for arrival and departure time changes will not be approved until the morning of the arrival and the day before the departure, and may not be possible based on the home's cleaning, maintenance, and occupancy schedules. To receive updates on the likelihood of early arrival and/or late departure you may text your host's Property Services Desk for updated information on the day of your arrival for early-arrival updates, and the day before your departure for late-departure updates.

(b) Health, Safety, & Security Protocols: Our arrival processes and systems are designed to prioritize your health and safety by protecting against arrivals to the home before the property has been fully cleaned, sanitized, inspected, and authorized for occupancy. In all instances, anyone arriving to the property before receiving explicit arrival authorization, or overstaying your authorized departure time, will incur a $100 fee for violating your Host's Arrival and Departure House Rules Policy.

Return of Personal Property: Any and all personal property left at the property upon departure may be collected from the property at a pre-arranged day and time, subject to the field staff's schedule and availability to meet at the property. In all cases, if personal property is not able to be picked up at the property, and delivery of personal property is requested, the charge associated with arranging and paying for the return of personal property is $75 service fee, plus the actual costs associated with mail and/or delivery charges.

Stay

Could use a deep cleaning and updating. Throw rug in living room was frayed and torn, pillows were flat and hard as a rock. Air conditioner didn't work properly, showers were not clean and the shower heads were plugged with calcium deposits. The main shower the glass door had half missing and covered with a shower curtain. Need to spend some money.
