Note 1: We do not rent to local residents, and we complete an age verification with the White Pages and/or the Been Verified company.
This place feels like a home and not a vacation rental. A great deal of thought and effort has been put into making this one of the East Valley's Top Vacation Homes. Tastefully furnished with unique pieces to add some flair and plenty of comfortable spaces to be in. Fully equipped kitchen with all that you need for the cook in the group. Spacious Living Area with seating for the whole family. Play a game of poker or shoot a game of bumper pool in the game room. Escape to the loft which has a sectional sofa to watch the big game or enjoy a late night movie. Loft also features a desk and work space for the business traveler. Bedrooms are all good sized and have comfortable beds and top of the line bedding. Master retreat is spacious and features a work space along with a luxurious master bath. Upstairs off the loft you will find a large patio to enjoy the golf course and mountain views. Smart TVs in all bedrooms and four additional tvs for your streaming enjoyment.
Backyard features multiple sitting areas and all that you need to enjoy those cool Arizona winters. Outdoor dining for up to 8 along with a TV sitting area and firepit to gather around at night. Sparkling pool with waterfall can be heated or cooled for an additional fee. Chase lounges and umbrellas for shade. You won't to go inside when you get on this patio. Home has 2 garage stalls available for guest use and bikes are also provided for a neighborhood cruise. Putting green for hours of fun!

Guests have the entire home to themselves. There is no shared spaces here.

Home is located on golf course and guests need to be aware of the possibility of golf balls coming in to the yard.
Additional contract along with Pool Safety Notice and Assumption of Risk From Golf Course Will be required after booking. Please provide your email address once booking is confirmed so that can initiated.
Pool Heating- Pool heating is $300 per week or $75 per day (4 day minimum). Please request at least 72 hours in advance to allow for pool to get to temperature. Host will send a payment request through Airbnb after once requested.
No Loud Parties- Quiet Hours Outside are 10 Pm nightly. We want guests to come and have fun but please be respectful and treat the home as your own. Many people in the neighborhood call this home and we will not tolerate any disruption to the neighbors.
Booking party must be at least 25 years of Age. ID may be required.
Any Local Bookings must inquire with Manager prior to booking.
IMPORTANT: This property fully complies with the city of Scottsdale rules, regulations, and ordinances regarding short-term vacation rentals. Pursuant to Arizona state law §33-1806.01 / §33-1260.01 we are required to provide the HOA and the city of Scottsdale with occupant information and contact data and related vehicle data.

IMPORTANT: This property fully complies with all Arizona statutes, and all city ordinances, rules and regulations regarding short-term vacation rentals. Arizona recently enacted a state law §33-1806.01 / §33-1260.01 which enables cities and HOA's to obtain information about short-term renter's contact data, group composition, and vehicle data.
An online occupancy portal has been established to make the process of providing your group's information easy, and to take very little time.
* The primary renter must be 25 or older. ID verification is required for all renters.
* Renter Data Form completion, including occupant and emergency contact information, and acceptance of the host Terms of Occupancy is required prior sending out arrival information.
(a) If you are not planning to park any personal vehicle(s) at the property you may check the box (in our online portal) indicating that you will be renting vehicle(s) and/or using ride-share services.
* Facilities Use Safety Notice & Indemnification.
All renters are required to read and digitally sign a one-page Safety Notice designed to ensure that everything possible is done to help people occupying the property to stay safe during their stay. (REQUIRED)
* Arrival and Departure Process: An Initial Arrival Instructions email is sent after completing the online Renter Data Form. To protect the health and safety of all renters, and the field staff, the full arrival instructions including the property access information will only be provided the afternoon of your arrival after the property has been fully inspected and authorized for occupancy.
* Cancelation & Refund Policy: NO EXCEPTIONS will be made to the published cancellation and refund policy. All Renters are highly encouraged to purchase Trip Cancellation Insurance within three days of booking. All Renters who purchase "Cancel for any Reason" (CFAR) insurance coverage within three days of booking will be reimbursed 50% of the CFAR insurance premium cost within one week after the Renter's stay has successfully concluded.
(a) Time Change Policy: All changes to the pre-established standard times for arrival and departure are considered REQUESTS only, until expressly approved by your Host. All arrival and departure time change requests must be requested in advance on your online occupancy portal. Requests for arrival and departure time changes will not be approved until the morning of the arrival and the day before the departure, and may not be possible based on the home's cleaning, maintenance, and occupancy schedules. To receive updates on the likelihood of early arrival and/or late departure you may text your host's Property Services Desk for updated information on the day of your arrival for early-arrival updates, and the day before your departure for late-departure updates.
(b) Health, Safety, & Security Protocols: Our arrival processes and systems are designed to prioritize your health and safety by protecting against arrivals to the home before the property has been fully cleaned, sanitized, inspected, and authorized for occupancy. In all instances, anyone arriving to the property before receiving explicit arrival authorization, or overstaying your authorized departure time, will incur a $100 fee for violating your Host's Arrival and Departure House Rules Policy.
Return of Personal Property: Any and all personal property left at the property upon departure may be collected from the property at a pre-arranged day and time, subject to the field staff's schedule and availability to meet at the property. In all cases, if personal property is not able to be picked up at the property, and delivery of personal property is requested, the charge associated with arranging and paying for the return of personal property is $75 service fee, plus the actual costs associated with mail and/or delivery charges.
