This is your Palm Springs retreat. A great escape!
Relax, get comfortable and unwind.
Take full advantage of indoor - outdoor living and multifunctional areas for dining, relaxing or entertaining.
This sanctuary comes with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Enjoy the privacy and safety of our peaceful home and lush property located on a quiet street.
This 1,500 sq. ft. home sits on a spacious quarter acre lot and offers a completely private and gated backyard with both a saltwater pool and hot tub.
This centrally located home features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and sleeps up to 6 comfortably. Each bedroom has a king-size bed with ample closet space.
The en suite has direct access to the patio, backyard, pool and hot tub.
An additional full bathroom is available for the second and third king rooms.
The living room offers comfortable seating, a large flat screen TV with full streaming capabilities, musical instruments and a vintage vinyl turntable and stereo.
The adjoining dining room has a large selection of puzzles and games.
The breakfast nook and kitchen look out onto the backyard. Kitchen appliances include a drip coffee maker, Nespresso machine, juicer, toaster and blender.
The expansive backyard patio has plenty of seating, large umbrellas, chaise lounges, a picnic table and gas grill.
Spring and early summer provide a bounty of produce (pink grapefruit, pomelos, lemons, tangelos, blood oranges, peaches, nectarines and pomegranates) and a fire pit is available during winter months.
Driveway and plenty of street parking is available.

The Sunrise Park Neighborhood has some of the best examples of mid century modern architecture and ranch style homes in Palm Springs.
Architects Roy Burton, Hugh Kaptur, and William Cody loved the neighborhood so much that they each built their own homes there.
* In fact, our home is located next door to the William Cody residence.
You'll be pleasantly surprised when you discover our neighborhood. Sunrise Park is centrally located, nestled conveniently within one mile of the Palm Springs Airport, and less than a mile to the Downtown Village dining and shopping area and the Uptown Design District.
There is plenty to do and see within an easy bike (or walk!) ride. Convenience is what residents love about this neighborhood. Discover it for yourself!
The Sunrise Park neighborhood lies between Alejo Road to the north, Ramon Road to the south, Farrell Drive on the east, and Sunrise Way on the west.

- The house is NOT child proofed with outlet covers, cabinet locks, etc.
- Kids are VERY welcome here and will love the large backyard and pool!
** Adults / guardians / parents please watch your children closely in the pool and surrounding area and be aware and understand that specific safeguards for children are NOT provided, such as locked gates to the pool, life vests or life preservers. Never leave children unattended.
- Swim at your own risk. NO DIVING.
POOL & SPA INFORMATION:

Winter/Spring pool heating is available for $85/day and must be for the entire stay if added to your reservation from the day you check in through the day you check out.
NOTE: 48 hour notice is required in order to have the pool heated upon arrival.
Maximum winter pool temperature is set to 88 degrees.
Any tampering with or overriding of our settings will result in a complete loss of the amenity and security deposit forfeiture.
The spa is heated on demand and included in your rental rate. Pool systems are monitored remotely.
Pool is not heated during the summer months (June-August) but typical 80+ temperatures occur naturally during that time.
Guests control hot tub heating during the stay. The hot tub is NOT preheated before arrival.
NOTE: Host will not be able to provide any refunds for occasional nonworking pool heating that occurs during your stay but we will do our best to have it solved in a timely manner. Please notify us asap!
The pool can get dirty very quickly at times due to wind and desert weather. A company cleans the pool and spa twice a week. We will do our best to accommodate any additional cleaning needs including the provided skimmer.
NOISE:
- The convenience of our location to the airport does come with an occasional sound of airplanes. However, we are NOT beneath any flight path.
- We are located in a quiet residential neighborhood therefore it is important to stay within the noise ordinances. Please remember we are surrounded by mountains and voices can easily carry.
QUIET TIME is between 10pm and 10am. Please consider moving indoors after 10pm. If you choose to be outside, please be considerate of the neighbors and use low voices.
Please, don’t bring speakers outside. Per the city of Palm Springs: "Audible music, or music that can be heard from the property line, is strictly forbidden in vacation rentals in the Palm Springs area." (that includes music coming from inside of the home.) If your neighbors can hear music, you are in violation of the City Ordinance and guests will be cited and fined."
