This in-town bungalow was constructed in 1934 and completely renovated with modern luxury features. Elements of the original home were maintained throughout in homage to its past.

INDOOR LIVING:
- The house includes plenty of additional living space with plentiful natural light to spread out in
- A fully equipped chef's kitchen, and modern laundry machines.
- Breakfast nook and workspace adjacent to the kitchen.
- - The yard is fully secluded by a privacy fence and gate-secured with plenty of room for tailgating or morning coffee.

BEDROOMS:
- The master bedroom boasts a plush king-sized bed with a private en suite bath with double sinks.
- The more spacious of the two guest rooms contain a double bed connected to a full jack-and-jill bath.
- The second small, cozy guest room contains a queen bed.

Guests will receive a door code the day prior or the morning of their reservation. Guests have private and exclusive use of all parts of the house and outdoor spaces. Private backyard is fully enclosed in with a privacy fence and gated.

High-speed internet/wifi available. No cable TV service provided, but living room TV is equipped with a Roku TV which can be used to stream from guests' Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, other other accounts.

Car is highly recommended. Uber and Lyft service much of the Athens area. There is also a bus service that goes around Athens.

IMPORTANT: Before receiving check-in instructions, you must sign our rental agreement. Failure to do so will result in cancellation without a refund. If you would like to review our rental agreement prior to your reservation, just request a copy and we will send you one.

Travelease Protection: We want you to have a worry-free vacation, which is why we offer our
travelease protection program when you book with us. With this program, you'll have coverage
for up to $200 in accidental damages. Plus, we understand that plans can change, so we offer
the flexibility to cancel your reservation for any reason up to 14 days prior to check-in for a
100% refund, and a 50% refund for 7 days (minus the Travel Ease protection fee). Additionally,
if the weather takes a turn for the worse, you'll have the ability to reschedule your stay. So, rest
easy knowing that we've got you covered.

Pets are welcome on the premises, and a pet fee of $75 applies. Please ensure to inform us in advance to secure authorization for bringing a pet. You are required to clean up after your pet, including waste or additional charges may apply.
