You'll have ski-in/ski-out access to the slopes of Brian Head Resort at this Brianwood condo, ideally situated only a quarter-mile stroll from the Giant Steps Ski Lodge and Lifts. In this prime location, enjoy a private balcony overlooking the mountains and wonderful amenities within the community.
This condo sits on the second floor of Brianwood, a complex which offers a hot tub, a sauna, a barbecue and picnic area, a playground, basketball and pickleball courts, and coin-operated laundry facilities on the same floor. It's a great location for adventure in every season, with the lifts, Brian Head Reservoir, and an assortment of restaurants and gear shops in the surrounding blocks. Right by the general store, you'll find snow tubing and ice skating in winter as well as additional pickleball courts come summer.
Begin sunny mornings outside on the balcony, sipping your coffee in the shade and using the complimentary WiFi to make plans for the day ahead. End winter evenings inside - building a fire with the provided logs (which, please note, may run out), playing board games at the dining room table, and piling on the sectional sofa to stream movies on the smart TV. You'll also have an open kitchen with a breakfast bar, a second smart TV in the bedroom, and views of the mountains throughout the condo. Wall and baseboard heaters are provided as well, keeping you cozy all winter long.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
