Perfect Girls Trip Location

This property offers alittle bit of everything including great location in walking distance to food/nightlife, quite which is great given how close you are to La Placita, cleanliness! which is a big deal for a group of women and it smelled amazing, parking, but most importantly safety! I would definitely stay again.

Stay in Condado Puerto Rico

Amazing apartment in a central location. Close to almost everywhere. Specifically, Old San Juan, Brachest, Convention Center, loads of restaurants. However the apartment is in a nice residential area. Apartment was very clean and cozy. Three bedrooms each with comfortable beds and pillows. All rooms except kitchen and bathroom have excellent air conditioning. Hosts were very responsive and were very pleasant. I would recommend them anytime and to anyone. If you're thinking of going to San Juan,.stop thinking and go. When you go, choose this apartment. You will not regret it.

Great Stay

We had a great stay! The property is suoer convenient to Viejo San Juan, Condado Beach, easy drive to El Yunque. We had a little scare when we were ready to check-in due to a power failure in the area. The hosts were very communicative, and were proactive reaching out to us. We decided we wanted to check it out before canceling. We met Jose's son at the property. As we were discussing everything, the power came back on. He did the best he could with cleaning quickly while we grabbed a quick meal. They couldn't get a cleaning service earlier due to no power. We were happy once we were in, and had a great stay. The beds are comfortable, the bedrooms are a great size. Our only recommendation is to add more table service to serve 6 people. I would have liked a little broom or sweeper to tidy up sand and such from my 4 children, but no big deal. Thanks again, for the great time!

PR it was a good time!

The property was exactly the way it was posted and had AC in all the rooms. The water pressure throughout the house was weak and that was probably the only downside.

Family Getaway

We left the cold of New England behind and took our youngest girls to experience Puerto Rico. It was at the very least, paradise! Accommodations were lovely. The location was walking distance to everything we could need. Highly recommend!

With over 25 years of experience in European car sales, I've honed my skills and developed a deep passion for all things automotive. One of my favorite features is the Miami-style windows – they let in tons of natural light and offer gorgeous views of the neighborhood.

We know how important convenience is, so we’ve got private parking just for you. No need to stress about finding a spot or worrying about your car’s safety. Our private parking means you can come and go with ease.

Now, let’s talk about the inside. Every listing in our building has been fully remodeled. We’ve kept the charm of the past but added all the modern amenities you need for a comfy stay. Think stylish kitchens, updated bathrooms, and chic decor that makes you feel right at home.
