With four beds available, the home can comfortably sleep up to 8 people assuming two per bed. However, the home can accommodate additional guests beyond 8 by utilizing the mattress topper in the HDTV room or the sleeper sofa.

The home features connected HDTVs in both the TV room and kitchen, both of which are internet-enabled for streaming apps and personal Netflix accounts. Additionally, guests have access to free air TV and can even play YouTube music through the TVs.
