Perfect weekend getaway

We planned a girls trip for July 4th weekend and needed a mountain getaway to refresh our mountain-loving souls! This was the perfect cabin for us, it was very clean and cozy. The location was great. And Tamara was an awesome host, and communicated so well. We are so thankful for this opportunity to stay here! We recommend this cabin for anyone who finds their peace in the mountains!

Had a trouble getting in the hous I, instructions were confusing telling two different stories.spot for lock box was incorrect and had a wrong code Unit was clean inside and well decorated We had trouble with tv and finally was able to get Netflix The 2 queen beds were not good they appeared old and sunken towards middle very uncomfortable!,heating and fireplace excellent. Lastly we only saw cleaning instructions at last minute and thought they might have been more visible

We didn’t stay. We were only in the house long an hour and half. The water pressure was a trickle in the home. The house had an unusual odor as well. One of my friends was cut by an old metal plate on the outside of the door. We could not have showered or used the facilities. I issued a complaint with VRBO and my credit card.

We enjoyed the serene location; particularly enjoyed the decks and porch. A very comfortable home with air conditioning available. Close to many areas of interest for us. Host was very accessible and helpful. A very nice, quiet location and we all enjoyed it immensely including the dogs.

Great little cabin near Linville Falls

This place was perfect for me and my husband. It was a great location. This was so close to a lot of trails and activities. It was clean and everything was wonderful. The poperty was down a gravel path, so we had to take it slow in our car, but had no problems. We will stay here again!!

Great little hideaway in the mountains

First and foremost I would say the property is exactly as pictured, nicely updated, and was very clean. The property is VERY close to the Pisgah Forest and Linville Falls is just a short hop down the road. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Perfect Blue Ridge Parkway cabin

The cabin was perfect. Newly decorated. Very clean. All the amenities a family would need. Equipped with pots, pans, dishes, everything if the family wanted to cook. Very close to Blue Ridge Parkway entrance. Short distance to Linville Falls trails. Very close to Grandfather mountain.. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience

My husband and his work partner stayed as they were first responders after the hurricane Helena effects in Western North Carolina. They stayed for three nights until hotel accommodations could be arranged by their company. The facility was beautiful and comfortable, the laundry facilities worked great, the setting in the environmentwere beautiful. Would very much recommend both the cabin and the host. Unfortunately, we had to cancel our stay due to Hurricane Helene. The property manager, Tam, was so good to work with. It was a situation that neither of us had control over. She gave us a partial refund and offered a 20% discount if we book with her again. We definitely want to do that in the future

Great time

The cabin is decorated with Bears and great artwork. It is charming and very comfortable. Has everything you need. The area is beautiful, we came to go to the Bigfoot Festival. Our Grandkids loved everything about the Cabin. There were lots of games to play inside and outside. Lots of area to play on covered porch and decking on the back. We hope to go again maybe next year for the Alien Festival at Spruce Pines. Good time was had by All. Thanks, and we did see a Bear that crossed the toad in front of us while we were leaving. Nice touch.

Wonderful cottage

We loved it here. It was a very cozy cottage with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. The back porch is entirely fenced in so our dogs could hang out with us and the outdoor room is great for having breakfast and sitting out and enjoying yourself in the evening with a nice cold drink. The only thing I will say is I want to reiterate what the owner said about internet. Even using their wifi the Internet can be very spotty and very hard to pull up even simple websites. It's totally understandable given where it is located but living in the "city" can make you forget what lack of internet really is. Just plan for it.

Family Mountain Getaway

This mountain home was the perfect getaway for our small family of 3 and our dog. We spent the evenings playing cards and board games and watching movies from the dvd library. It was a little chilly on our trip but we also made use of the deck out back. During the day we thoroughly enjoyed exploring the mountains. Linville Falls hiking area is literally just down the road. The accommodations here were exactly what we needed. The home is charmingly decorated with bear accents all over. There was easy access in and out. I really don’t have anything bad to say. We’re already talking about our next trip and hoping to stay here again!
