Venture to the back of the ground level, where you'll find your own private oasis—a sparkling, heated pool surrounded by comfortable sun loungers, an outdoor sofa, and a dining area perfect for alfresco meals. Fire up the propane grill for a delightful barbecue as you soak up the sun. Plus, with an elevator that provides easy access to every floor, your relaxation starts the moment you arrive!

First Floor: Gather with loved ones in the inviting dining area and living room, which opens up to a large screened porch adorned with cozy lounge furniture—ideal for sipping morning coffee or enjoying evening breezes. The gourmet kitchen is a chef's delight, fully equipped with modern appliances and utensils, making it easy to whip up delicious meals. This floor also features a charming queen bedroom with an attached full bathroom, providing comfort and privacy for all guests.

Second Floor: Ascend to the second floor, where luxury awaits in the master bedroom, complete with a king bed, a private porch for quiet moments, and a pack-n-play for the little ones. Two additional bedrooms, each featuring king beds and flat-screen TVs, ensure everyone has their own space. These rooms share a stylish full bathroom, and a convenient laundry room with a washer and dryer makes longer stays a breeze.

Top Floor: The top floor is a true delight for families! It boasts a hotel-style bedroom with two queen beds and a full bathroom, accommodating larger groups with ease. The highlight here is the expansive kids' ensuite and playroom, featuring two full-over-full bunk beds (each with a twin trundle) and a twin-over-twin bunk bed. With game tables and countless surprises, this space is designed for laughter and unforgettable memories.

Please note: The property is equipped with two active security cameras—one overlooking the driveway and road, and the other at the front door, ensuring a secure and worry-free stay.

Golf Cart offer: Beach House Boutique offers 6-passenger electric golf carts that can be transformed into 4-passenger + cargo.
Golf carts can be parked at the public beach parking. You can also drive golf carts to nearby restaurants, bars, and grocery stores.
Availability is limited in the summer. Please request at the time of booking for best availability.

Beach Access: The property is located in the Folly Field area. The closest beach is Folly Field Beach. There is a dedicated paved path from the house all the way to the beach and it is less than a 10min walk. There is beach parking for golf carts and vehicles with 51 metered parking spaces and 3 ADA-accessible spaces available on a first come first served basis.

Included supplies:
Your property will come stocked with a STARTER set (you will need to buy more) of paper towels, toilet paper, dish detergent, laundry detergent, garbage bags.

CANCELLATION POLICY
To be eligible for a refund, you must cancel at minimum 60 days prior to check in.
In the event you, the Guest, needs to cancel your reservation and the reservation is applicable to a refund, the funds will be sent back to the you in the same manner they were received. All cancellations are subject to a $350 administrative fee. There are no exceptions.
Guests are encouraged to purchase Trip/Travel Insurance at the time of booking. This is offered through a 3rd party vendor. Beach House Boutique does not issue refunds due to acts of nature such as weather, road conditions, power outages, security, travel warnings or political unrest. *
